Initially purchased tea & latte plus red pepper bake and a steak bake. Added sugar to latte and back th bakes we're only Luke warm to touch. Requested hot bakes and informed that Greggs do not do hot food. Requested money bake for both bakes. Not impressed by attitude of staff member at all.

Lady serving was really nice. Asked the kids to guess the cost, winner gets a gingerbread man. The kids were made up with the game and enjoyed the food and the gingerbread man (which we made them share). Superb customer experience, well done!! Food was up to usual Greggs standard too.
The girl with the glasses shouldn't be working there.
She is stinking filthy. Always looks a stinking messs. Covered in spots. Dirty hands. Dirty clothes and stinking Dirty food spattered apron. Just disgusting.
