Booked as part of our trip to the coast, our 2nd visit to On The Water didn't disappoint.... Wonderful inventive fish cooking making the most of the fresh catch. Squid and crab fantastic too. Great cocktails, helpful and friendly staff and all with the best view of the Solent. Loved it!
Very nice restaurant with a view over the beach and Isle of Wight. The food was tasty,well cooked and presented. Excellent service too. Will visit again for sure. One of the best food spots in the area. In the picture is the cod dish
I rarely bother to leave reviews but this place was excellent. Kids eat for £1. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly. The restaurant is really nice and the owner has clearly put a lot of effort in. Lots of above and beyond touches. Will return again. Recommend the fish and chips 👍🏻
Love this place, especially when the sun is out or setting. Over looking the beach and with views of the Isle of Wight in the distance. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating and very dog friendly. Ice cream parlor and children's play park next door
Really impressed with the food we had here today. Excellent choice, good quality and tasty. Great service too, only marked down on atmosphere but it was early evening so not many in.
Threw a surprise birthday bash for my partner here on the 1st July 2023. From the moment I booked on line it was simple and friendly. The actual event was very smooth running. The staff where extremely helpful, professional and very accommodating. The food itself was fantastic. I gave this review 5
