Authentic and delicious
Great little find hidden away on the busy street lane. Very warm and welcoming staff and the food was so tasty, with a rich sauce that did not seem at all oily. Quite different to the usual style and all the better for that. Will definitely go back!
... has a relatively small menu featuring Punjabi and South Indian food, this appealed to me as too many Indian restaurants/takeawats serve too wide a choice, it makes it impossible to choose and you're left wondering how they can keep up the quality for over 40 dishes. They also sell dosas, chat and a large range of vegetarian options. This is not your standard Indian restaurant/takeaway.

Brilliant food. Easily our go to Indian restaurant. Staff really helpful and will talk you through the menu. They made some very good suggestions for me which certainly made me change order and for the better.
Can't wait to go back.

We had the spicy lamb and savory prawn dishes, with crisps, coriander rice, and desserts.
Owners are local family, gave great service, and had suggestions based on diet restrictions.
Prices were quite good given how tasty the dishes were.
Definitely try the traditional desserts!
What an absolute gem of a place - we came here for the first time on Saturday evening and it was incredible. The Rara Gosht Punjabi dish was excellent - probably the best curry I’ve had out in Leeds. The naans, rice and puri’s were also superb, and portion sizes were spot on. Service was amazing and staff were incredibly friendly. We will 100% be back ❤️
This place was recommended my one of my work colleague. Boy he was so right. If looking for authentic Indian street food then look no further than. Ordered vada pav, ragda patice, dahi puri and masala chai. One better than the other. Highly recommend the pace. Friendly owner is cherry on the top.

Been to leeds for a single night stay going back to London. I’ve been to Aarti 2 times already 😀. Good value for the place, great atmosphere.

We’ve tried numerous of indian restaurants in Leeds. This is the most authentic cuisine. Especially the starter dahi puri had blown our mind with the amazing filling! The curry dish made from fresh and wasn’t greasy at all. Highly recommended!
Very amazing food. Authentic Indian taste as promised by the owner I got the best Indian taste. Would strongly recommend this place to all Indians lives in leeds and nearby. And venue is at very perfect place with very nice ambiance. 👌❤️
Happened upon the place while walking past, definately a happy accident, extremely welcoming staff, couldn't do enough for us, amazing service, clearly very proud of the resturant, food was packed with flavour, very traditional Indian, small intimate dining room gave a lovely atmosphere, one of the bast tasting curry's I've ever had, good amount of spice, quick service, would definitely recommend!
