Our first visit tonight and it was amazing the staff did everything possible to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Everything was piping hot and full of flavour. The lamb sagg just melted in your mouth. And the cheddar and blue cheese naan was delicious. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Amazing experience in an authentic Indian. The food was exceptional very tasty & well presented, the taste of the food was exquisite. Brilliant friendly staff & very attentive, explained the menu to us x we were recommended by a friend & wasn't disappointed at all. Well done guys we will be back x TOP MARKS!!!!!!!

We found this restaurant at last minute via Google as a place to celebrate our anniversary at last minute.
We were absolutely surprised to receive such a friendly and warm service and engage with the staff about their experiences with the food here and what they can recommend based on our orders so far.
I have to say attention to detail and an honest recommendation is definitely something that is shared by all the staff here ! Which is extremely rare wherever you go.
Please please please visit this restaurant it is run like a family, so kind and warm and friendly and the food is so authentic and beautiful !

Really excellent service from Praveen. Could not have been better.
Food was very good. Really buzzy atmosphere, though it was a Saturday night.
Will definitely come again to try more of the menu….but mainly because of the service.

This restaurant serves the most wonderful Indian cuisine I've experienced while living in the UK.
I ordered Lamb Nalli Biryani, Butter Chicken, Methi Chicken, and Garlic Naan.
Lamb Nalli: Served with a lovely, juicy, fall-off-the-bone lamb shank seasoned to perfection, and wonderful biryani rice that is perfectly prepared. 11/10!
Butter Chicken: This is the most delicious butter chicken I've ever had. The chicken is cooked in the tikka manner, which gives it multiple layers of flavour. The gravy is silky, garlicky, spicy, and simply AMAZING. 12/10
Methi Chicken: My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this dish. The chicken was tender, and the gravy was mildly flavoured but still wonderful. I would order this again! 8.5/10
Garlic Naan: Soft and tasty. But £3 for one is expensive. 6/10
Dastaan will be on our regular rotation as this is quite possibly the best Indian food in the UK.
