Our daughter brought us here for lunch. What a beautiful restaurant hidden inside what looks like a traditional old pub. We had an amazing 3 course lunch, exquisitely presented and served, as well as tasty and hot. I didn't think I'd have room for dessert, but the modern take on an Eton mess won m
We had Sunday lunch here today after a long few hours driving around Leeds looking at cars. Four of us plus a baby. Fabulous! Great food and great service in what is also a well designed environment. We got a pram in and out with no bother. The food was excellent with a wide choice and good kitchen
Fantastic 3 course meal - highly recommend with an extensive gluten free menu. Spacious dining and attentive staff. Lovely restaurant ego never fails - we will definitely be back. thank you.
Had great time with the daughter 1st time here. Yes would definitely come back.
Lovely interior and design which makes this place seem both spacious and cosy. Dog friendly with plenty of car parking. While the majority of the staff had good customer service skills, one member of the bar team was quite ignorant in his approach to serving us which let down an otherwise great visit.
Had a lovely Sunday lunch here. There were 14 of us, which wasn't a problem. Food came out together. Good portions tasty food. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be back

Five of us had a superb New Year’s Day meal, served by warm friendly staff. Everything far exceeded our expectations. Superb fillet steaks, lamb tagline, pork fillet. Very generous rhubarb and gin crumble, delicious lemon tart.
Very nice food helpful friendly staff. Next time I'm up visiting family in Leeds. I will be going there again. Visited again on my last trip to see my step mother and again great meal friendly staff. No problems recommending this place
Iv been here a few times now for food and sometimes just for a quiet drink, very nice place with happy staff always ready to help. I had a rib eye steak with peppercorn sauce which I was delighted with. Could not expect anymore for value and taste.
Absolutely love the Ego, always our go to as a family and individually, the staff go above and beyond and couldn't compliment the manager more, my food was forgotten off the ticket on my birthday and it was given on the house as well as apology drinks, we even have family drive up from Doncaster and
