So it’s a chain tgi Fridays, the food is what it is. Nothing wrong with it and it’s fairly priced, but won’t win awards. Decent standard grub.
The service here was absolutely excellent. They have an app that the waitress was only too happy to show me how to use, with good deals in. It wasn’t working for the deal I selected but they sorted it anyway, no fuss whatsoever and it was all done before I knew there was any problem.
Place was very clean and although quiet, had a brilliant atmosphere. Music on but not deafening and I was dining alone and sat in a nice quiet corner. Despite that, service was attentive and helpful, very very good.
Can’t recommend enough. Would recommend/10
It was our first time to dine here in Leeds. Food servings were great. Burger was juicy and delicious. Salad was very well made. Our waiter was very accommodating and friendly. But we definitely recommend this place 👌👌👌
It was a table for one this evening and they fulfilled my eating on my tod requirements of being quick and efficient whilst also being friendly and welcoming superbly. The minor issue with my order was sorted so quickly and effortlessly that I'd consider it a positive too.
Great food but slightly overpriced for what you get. Waitress was nice but the atmosphere quite lacked. Needs a bit more going on. I think TGI's would be brilliant to stop food let's say 9 and open as a cabaret bar at 10 🤷♀️ they are definitely the right theme for it and I k ow I'd be going for a few cocktails 🍸

We (around 20 of us) just had out Xmas staff meal at the Kirkstall Road restaurant & the service, they drinks, the meal was absolutely fantastic.
We ran the poor waitresses Stafford hard & kept them busy with no complaints, they food (starters and mains) were all delivered on time and together.
My steak was cooked to perfection. We all enjoy Ed it so much we're talking about going back in a couple of months to do it all again.
Ohh & yes, we gave the waitress staff a good tip!
Nice code place but it's a hit and miss. Even the similar order had turned out to be different in presentation and taste.
It's not very cheap but a good over all as a Casual American Diner.
I ordered a warrior burger without bacon on but it cane with bacon, upon asking the same waitress who took my order, she happily accepted the kitchen staffs genuine mistake and got a new one made straight away. Busy in the early evenings so better either book jn advance or go in the afternoon or late evening.
Had a great visit to TGIs with work colleagues this week. The service was brilliant; our server was very helpful and friendly. The food as always was brilliant, I would definitely recommend the Jack Daniels chicken and the smores sundae! It's also definitely worth downloading the app, especially if visiting mid week as we took advantage of some great deals.
Went with the family for bf birthday. The area where we sat was a bit cold so i had to keep my coat on. Food took pretty long but it was delicious.
Quality of food very good and staff worked really hard for our large birthday group this evening.

So i have been to tgi many times before but to ines in birmingham but after moving to leeds i needed to go and i took my other half. She had never been before. We both had a sirloin steak mine well dome and she had medium rare. And we jave never had steak taste as good as that did. Very happy with the food thank you. And the cocktails tasted amazing too
A nice visit for everyone. Plenty of seating. A large food selection. Nice staff. TV screens. Toilets. Disabled friendly. Excellent decor. Beer is also served.
