Had a delicious meal at their Thursday evening bistro. The food was truly wonderful, we had three courses and enjoyed every single one of them. Particular highlight being the chorizo and potato starter. Little gem hidden away, more people need to know about this place. Definitely be returning.

I had the mini picnic table and their was 3 of us alltogether so their was3 finger sandwich x5 and the deserts were very nice we were unable to eat everything so had a box to bring home what was not eaten. Would go again only thing was it could do with more heating and car park needs tarmac but it is a gardening centre after all.

One of the nicest afternoon teas I've had. Great choice, everything was fresh, plenty of filling in the sandwiches, and the cream scones were fab. Bought this as a Groupon deal would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Such a peaceful and relaxing place to shop. If there was some chairs in the plants area I could sit there all day, my favourite is the huge ferns love them and I am saving up to get one. Love it

Stumbled on this place late afternoon Saturday, what a hidden gem, although a garden centre its heart is a traditional nursery, love it and will be back for a longer visit, have already recommended to a friend and will also be recommending to our customers, well done

Really nice place. We have afternoon tea which was very nice and there was a lot of it! Only wish the scones came without raisins and not already had cream and jam cuz not all of us like jam so couldn't eat it. Loved the mini puddings, definitely better than big slabs of cake! Really nice, really friendly and loved the alfresco dining. Will definitely be going back.

Quirky show rooms but then the plant areas were higgidely piggledy for the trees, bushes. Other areas were better. I'd certainly return because it's not part of a huge chain where everything is uniform and sterile. Breakfast sandwich I'd fully recommend and the slices of cake.

Found this place accidentally on rainy day. Excellent garden centre with sheds, fencing outside. Roses, succulents, and vast array of healthy plants, shrubs and trees. Posh Tat was a nice little surprise and the little retirement village for old Tractors made my day!! Staff were friendly and helpful and will definitely be going back soon....

Went to buy a xmas tree for 2nd year running. Excellent customer service. Dealt with Andrew who is brilliant. Knowledgeable and really helpful. Helped me choose a tree (I wanted a thinish one & am particular)!, he helped cut it so it would easily go into a tree stand, chopped off the branches we didn't need at the bottom, helped me to the car to get the 6.5ft tree into my small VW etc and went out of his way to be very helpful. Amazing service thank you 👍

Only visited for the cafe. Only 1 member of staff on duty, very friendly and hard working (though it was quiet). Had 2 toasted sandwiches, both very tasty, but a bit pricy. Seating starting to look very tired, with badlyy worn seat covers. Would look a lot better with some new seat covers.

Would highly recommend the cafe as the staff were friendly and helpful and coffee was good too (they have soya milk), the garden centre itself is really lovely too with reasonable prices but I was shocked to find a sign at the entrance telling people to leave there dogs in there cars whilst in the centre... I was there over an hour... everyone should know by now that dogs DIE in hot cars... Which is why I had to knock a star off :/ I hope this gets sorted because the women who served me had her dog behind the counter when I was paying... the sign is stupid.

Much improved since our last visit. There seems to have been some investment. It's still quite shabby but that's the appeal. A good range of plants and an increased range of gardening stuff too, although some stock appears slightly dated / dusty. A nice cafe. We just had coffee and cake but others were eating Sunday lunch. The atmosphere was pleasant and the whole place wasn't crammed full of irrelevant chintz like other local garden centres.

Closer to nature than other centres I have been to. More relaxed and cosier. Huge selection of plants and accessories.

Great selection of plants and pots (and everything else too). Needed a quick presentation for my wife. A nice pot and plant is always a summer winner

Great wee cafe with an outdoor seating area. Lovely breakfast - pancakes and bacon with maple syrup were delicious, the coffee too. Girls were friendly and helpful. Really relaxing. Garden centre and gift shop were well equipped. Only missing a star because the tables were not very clean though one of the girls wiped it for us when requested. Dog friendly.

*edit* Since my first review we've been back many times, including to their bonfire event, and it is now one of our go to spots. The bonfire event was brilliant with good food on offer, catering for all needs, and the firework display was incredible, honestly the best one I've been to and so reasonably priced. Came the other day to pick up some Christmas presents from the gift shop and ofcourse a plant or two for me, and stopped and treated mum to lunch at the cafe. Not a massive selection but very tasty, cheap, and catering for everybody. Plus it's wonderful knowing you're supporting a local business every time you shop. *original review* Staff are always helpful and friendly. Huge selection of plants
