Booked here for my sons 21st birthday meal on 15th may, there was 11 of us and we had a fab time, the food was good and came in good time, our table was attended mostly by nikki, what can i say but excellent customer service, best i have ever had in any restaurant, she didnt get any orders wrong and the drinks were flowing all night, nothing was too much trouble even for the kids, and she along with leah made my sons birthday very special, thankyou so much x

An awesome place to hangout and to have that perfect 3 course meal. This restaurant is situated right below our office premises and we love to have lunches together with our colleagues here. The Crispy Chicken Fillet burger is perfectly crisp and a must try. It is served with fries. The Penne Arabiata Pasta is just awesome in case you wish to try out the vegetarian cuisine here. I have tried the Fish and Chips. The Fish was very tender and perfectly cooked. Not to miss the Tiramisu dessert. The cake just melts in your mouth leaving behind the cocoa taste. Just yum. Great ambience as well.
Service a tad slow for amount of people in there but was with a smile, food was delicious though, great breakfast

Just had a amazing meal at the Crown Point restaurant. Got served by Michele and she was super nice and attentive. The food was really good packed with flavour and good size portions. Chef's did a great job. Restaurant was spotless. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
Service has improved here, some nice new things on the menu especially the chilli cheese dog.
Pleasantly surprised by the vegan options, had a burger with loaded fries and it was really good, generous portion and delicious. Went at lunchtime too so reasonably priced, although probably a bit pricey the rest of the time. Good if you're with non-vegans and want somewhere that you feel included, they even do soya milk coffees!

The breakfast pizza is back!!! Some good options on the menu and they will allow you to alter your choices if you have an allergy or diet requirements. The staff are great and I love the weekend morning crew for getting me my breakfasts when I am there (thanks Beth and Louise). Can get very busy when it is an occasion (mothers day etc), but they will give you a realistic wait time if you still want a table.
Service was good to say the place was really busy we had a great server who looked after us well.
However my sons food and our starter were great but my main was very disappointing the pasta was bland and lacked flavour our server offered to take it back but as i had chicken and chips with it also I wasn't that bothered.
I gave four stars as the staff were great on such a busy day
Frankie and Benny's should use this restaurant to send all their staff to. They really are very good. We've been to all others in the city we can think of and the staff here are much better. For kids especially, this place is great. Nice freshly made pizzas, what child doesn't love that?

Having been to a different branch 15 years ago I vowed I'd never go again due to the poor service received with a group booking for our Christmas night out. However, a friend I hadn't seen for a few years wanted to meet here, so, I thought it's a different branch, I'll give it a go and my experience was so very much different. There was still an issue waiting to get seated, even though it was fairly quiet at the time and even though noone came for a few minutes (I went to the loo & on my return those in front were still waiting) when the couple in front of me tried to just go and sit they were asked to wait for someone to come to them, so left, but once eventually seated the service was great. I have a restricted diet and my friend had been to the dentist the previous day for an extraction so had a sore mouth, but the staff were very accommodating allowing us to order the 2 courses between us I had a mushroom burger and my friend had the ice-cream milkshake. I was very impressed with both the way a high-tech large chain organisation pressing buttons to make our orders dealt with our 'changes' to the standard menu and helped us keep it within the special offer price too. I will definitely return as the mushroom burger was amazing and I know now I can always get something I can eat when there's a F&B's around. Hopefully next time the long term 'waiting' issue may be better!
