Great stay in central Leeds, 3/4 beds are really comfy. Enjoyed my stag here.
However the rooms are slightly dated old-fashioned key system for entry but the shower was quality after giving it 10 mins to heat up.
I'd definitely stay here again

Central location warm welcome clean good size rooms. Stayed overnight with family after attending a show. My room had a king size bed - comfy too. Dressing gowns and slippers in room along with tea/coffee making facilities. Great range of complimentary shampoo/conditioner etc. Lovely spacious rooms. Although central still very quiet and a great sleep was had by everyone. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, room was lovely. Slightly dated but I like that, has character. Bed was so comfy and room has everything you need and more. Very good location. Q Park very close and hotel discounted the over night parking which was brilliant. We paid £10 for breakfast which was so worth it. Food was delicious. Reception staff were really friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 nights , bang in middle of Leeds with good restaurants and night spots around it. But still not noisy compared to the other hotels I stayed. Bar has interesting cocktails. The breakfast is value for money. Best 3 star hotel I stayed in England. Only negative feedback is outdated carpets.

Stayed here for business for the past week and I was pleasantly surprised. The desk staff were extremely friendly and professional from check in to check out. I had breakfast in the connected restaurant 2x (should have added it to my room to save some money) and that was pretty decent. I especially liked that they give you a mini size pot of coffee as opposed to just one cup. The room itself was small in size (I stayed in a single) but more than enough room to rest your head. Plus it was SUPER clean. I could not find a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. Even the corners. The toiletry lit was well thought out. And while the features were a bit dated they added to the overall character of the space as opposed to making you feel like you were at a cheap rundown motel. Only negatives were that it is right across the street from a bar and I was entertained by more than one drunken rendition of My Heart Will Go On... so there's that. But overall great location (highly recommend Moments Cafe next door), great price. Would gladly stay again.

The hotel was quiet however used a dated key and plastic tag the just about fits in your pocket. The service was excellent both at check in, breakfast and checkout. The room was a good size (upgraded to king) usual tea/coffee. Bed comfy and got a good night's sleep

Hotel staff are top notch. Really friendly and helpful. I had a slight issue with the temperature in my room but they sorted quickly. Very clean tidy and great value. I had a great night's sleep.

Had a lovely stay here. Near the station. Staff were friendly. Room was wonderful. Quiet too. Such attention to detail. Everything was there...a fantastic range of toiletries and even a dressing gown too. A little bit of luxury goes a long way. Cracking breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again. No question.

It is a very good hotel if you are looking to stay in Leeds on a budget, I had a really good nights sleep here. The beds were very soft and comfortable.
I paid for their breakfast which I think is a little bit expensive but it was probably one of the best buffets I have had so I can't complain too much.

First stay here as we normally book the Premier Inn but last minute it was full and the Cosmopolitan had vacancies. Dated interior and wasn't the cleanest I've experienced but overall a good hotel with character. Location was excellent - close to the station and right in the middle of all the bars. Quiet and spacious bar on site too. Something I have never we experienced before - you get a complimentary glass of wine on check in! Staff were friendly, informative and efficient.

Little gem!
My daughter and I have just stayed at the Cosmopolitan whilst on a shopping trip. The hotel's location is great, just five minutes' stroll from the railway station and a stone's throw from the shops and bars.
Hotel is lovely. Our room had two large single beds, plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits and the bathroom had a power shower over the bath and lovely toiletries. The add-ons include earplugs but we didn't need them!
Staff are friendly and helpful and even though we arrived at 12.30 and check in wasn't until 2, we were allowed to go straight to our room. Midweek perks include bathrobes and a complimentary glass of wine, which I have to say, was very palatable.
Breakfast was very nice and the chef will take special orders without hesitation.
We loved our stay. Thank you to all at the Cosmopolitan
PS I'd just celebrated my birthday and there were balloons and banners in our room.

I enjoyed staying there. I especially want to menetion Didi's name in my review who made the experience of having breakfast there so pleasant. She was very caring and genuine member of staff at the restaurant of the hotel. Overall staff were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and large. Enjoyed strong shower and hot water.

Nice staff from the get go, maybe not the most friendly or inviting but professionals and friendly enough that I didn't think they were rude.
Room was lovely and very comfortable. No noise or residuals from the city to keep you up.
Bar seemed nice but I only dropped off briefly.

Must say found the hotel a lot better than expected.
Around the corner from the train station
Staff very friendly and helpful. Although my room overlooked the main road where the bars and clubs were hardly noticed the noise. Room was a little chilly but they had provided a portable heater which was very handy.
10 to 15 mins walk to direct arena.
Will be using this hotel again in the future.

the hotel was an amazing stay the rooms were up to date and mordern, very spacious bed, overall a decent stay at the hotel the only thing is say let it down to be a 4 star was with me being on the third floor apparently the hot water on that floor takes a while to get going in the shower and the door knob on the door could be more up to date with a swipe card. over than that brilliant stay 😊.

My mum booked afternoon tea for my sisters birthday, I called in advance to tell them I need a gluten free vegan option. When we arrived we got a cocktail that was nice and then the food was brought out - just a few stale sandwiches cut in to triangles and some desserts. My dietary request hadn't been passed on to the kitchen so when I politely complained they brought out half frozen gluten free sandwiches filled with meat and egg/mayo and tuna. Even if I wasn't vegan the bread was so hard and dry I wouldn't have been able to eat it. And there were no scones for the others either which I thought was the point of afternoon tea.
I've given the staff the stars though as they were very apologetic and did bring us a free bottle of prosecco and went out to pick up some desserts I could eat. Overall a bit disappointing for me - I ended up quite drunk on my liquid lunch though

Very friendly and helpful staff. Impressive accessible room, well appointed and a bed I wish I could have smuggled out - very comfortable indeed. Add a good breakfast, and all in all a very happy stay. Wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful check in staff. Room clean but very dated and peeling at the edges. Only one key provided for twin room, would have liked two. Bed comfortable enough. Bathroom toiletries good and towels big and fluffy- shower very strong and warm. Unfortunately location very noisy through the night and room quite hot so wanted window open which made it worse as well as the generator outside window so kept it closed till morning. Other guests coming back loudly drunk also detrimental to comfort. Only one packet of biscuits! Good value for the price as somewhere to get head down in centre of town. Would return for price and convenience.
Samantha Mcguigan
Friendly and helpful reception staff , central location in short walking distance to shops and pubs, a little noisy at night but we went for a night out so this was not a problem, great selection of toiletries but could do with updating the showers so you don't have to run the bath tap before the shower, happy with the room for the price will definitely stay again.
Valerie Roebuck
I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were kind and friendly, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. Thank you!

This was our 3rd stay but we won't be staying again in a hurry we was in room 214 and the noise from the neighbouring building was horrendous kept us awake until the early hours. Electrics in the room were a bit dodgy with some loose wiring and poor connections but the shower was good that was about the only good thing

Hired the Regent Suite for our ruby wedding celebrations. From the moment I contacted the hotel I have experienced nothing but excellent friendly service. They helped make our day so special. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend them!!! A big thanks to all!

Scruffy room for the price. Nice staff and food. Maybe a £45 a night room really not £99.
Lynne Saunders
Went last night to Throwback Thursday event and had a fantastic night! The food was lovely and staff very friendly. There had been a bit of an accident with a wine bucket at our table which had left a bit of a damp patch on the table cloth - one of the staff came to apologise and gave us a free bottle of wine!
Denise Pickles
Very nice hotel ,stayed for 2 nights, room was very comfortable, staff very courteous and helpful,we and had breakfast and that was really nice ,if I have to find fault it would be that our room was quite noisy with there being a club near by and the music could be heard till the early hours ,but overall a very good hotel ,will stay again but ask for a different room
Katie Allwood
Lovely staff and lovely rooms! Meals were Lovely too! The staff couldn't do enough for me and my husband and even helped him plan a few surprises of flowers and drinks in the room plus they had put some banners and balloons in for my birthday and rose petals for our 1st wedding anniversary thank you all for making our stay memerable will definitely return in the future
