Stunning fish and chips, cooked in Beef dripping, which makes everything sooooo tasty. The food is all on the pricey side however you have to pay for quality. There is a little bench so you can sit outside if the weather is ok, to consume the nomness immediately! This was my second visit and I had waited a whole year to return. Thank you Popsies for keeping the Beef Dripping tradition alive 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻

First time visit. Fish cooked to order so leave time for that.. about 10 mins in my case.
Defo tasty fish and lovely fat "juicy" chips, the way I like 'em.
Small location but none the worse for that and the bonus is you see the fish fillet from cooler box to deep fat fryer to wrapping (and finally to stomach) !

I had the lunchtime deal - £5.75 for haddock (cooked in beef dripping 😁) chips & mushy peas. Great value for money, good portion size. I’ll be back!

Top fish and chips: watched the haddock come out of the fridge, into the batter and thence to the beef-dripping filled frier. Super-tasty fish, great chips, and the best mushy peas I've ever had. Fine, friendly service and fair prices. Will make a detour for it next time I am in Leeds/Bradford....

Best fish and chips in the area, fish always just right. Had a dodgy week in the summer with the chips being a bit crispy but back on form. peas are home made and green and tasty, not like the usual pale mush others sell.
