I absolutely loved the recommendation from Antonio to try a blonde roast instead of my usual β a caramel oat iced latte with an extra shot of espresso and 2 extra pumps of syrup. I've not seen him before, maybe a new hire, but this drink was so brilliant I ordered a second one (which I usually don't β I have a thing about saving money).
The atmosphere was perfect for studying, enough background noise to be comforting yet not distracting, and the location means this place is never very messy or loud. Definitely my favourite Starbucks in Leeds, as all the staff are lovely and welcoming.
A massive thank you to Borja for his brilliant and friendly customer service! I ordered merchandise a day early (unsure how) on the app and was told to come back the following day. I arrived at the store this morning and the item was already put aside for me in a bag waiting for me. Thank you again π
This is a nice store. Their frozen drinks were very nice, and this place has a nice and quiet feel. Iβd come back here.
Clean and plenty of seating at lunchtime. Friendly staff and quick service. A good coffee shop experience even though I drank tea.
I just wanted to drop in a review as the server that I had this morning was just a delight and I feel I rarely get good customer service esp when getting a coffee. I wish I had the lady's name to give her a personal mention.

Absolutely fantastic customer service not just with myself but other customers too. The gentleman who works there remembered my name after 1 visit to the store so i let him know that i appreciated being remembered.
All the staff i came into contact with in this store over the 4 days of visiting Leeds was very friendly, helpful especially helping me choose a new flavour syrup.
Shop was clean and welcoming. Toilets was also clean.
I made the staff aware of how lovely they were as too mqny people nowadays are too quick to moan about trivial things.

Great place- staff are great, service is speedy and everything is clean.
I often come here to study, a few hours at a time usually. Quiet compared to other coffee shops in Leeds as its further out the way so always spare tables/seats.

Only 4 stars because I'm not that into Starbucks coffee. Plenty people are though so don't let my tastes put you off π

I go there really often throughout the weekends, because of their lovely staff, really friendly and nice. I usually park in front of the store, go in with my daughter and order a coffee and a babyccino, yesterday my daughter fell asleep while I parked the car, therefore I just went in and order and pay the drinks, I came back to the car to take a look on my little one before head back in to grab the drinks, but the supervisor Gosia Turnt up with both of drinks at my car, Thanks.
For it's location this is a quieter Starbucks where you can nearly always get a comfortable seat. The menu is standard Starbucks but they don't seem to sell out of the seasonal drinks as quickly as some of the other stores. Recommended if you nearby.
This is a good Starbucks. The coffee is as good as it always is in any Starbucks in the land but the staff here are happy to go that extra step to see that you have a nice visit. Appear genuine and pleased that you are in the shop. If you're in the area it's worth a stop.
Came in for a coffee and to read my paper at opening time on Saturday 14th July. Just wanted to complement Dom on his actions. One of the machines had not completed its self cleaning cycle so no special coffees were available until the cycle had finished. Dom came to every customer, explained the situation, set expectations and offered alternatives in a calm, respectful and professional manner.
Exemplary behaviour for one so young.
