Has to be 5stars for me .!! There are at least 2main entrances from the car park into this store . Both of them are easily accessed from a number of disabled bays in the section of car park you find yourself ! The main doors slide open as you approach and then inside there is a second set of sliding doors leading onto the shop floor . The store is signposted throughout and the food part of the store itself is in a section of the main store. So you can shop without having to leave the store at all.
The store is well laid out and has ample room for wheelchairs. There is also a cafe which was quite busy !!
Access to downstairs is by escalator or a choice of two lifts . The toilets are down here too and there is lots of space . I didn’t have time to finish the lower ground floor so will post that later
One of the Marks & Spencer's flagship stores. All clothing very well presented throughout the store with good spacing between aisles. Excellent home and food sections. The usual high standard of drinks and snacks that you can expect in a M&S cafe. Large car park.
Great variety of clothing and food, as well as home stuff. I always find a lot of nice little extras when I go.
Not usually a menswear shopper at M&S, but the selection was great and sales staff were fantastic, very helpful
A very large shop with such a large selection! I've had issues with M&S stores in the past with lack of staff on the shop floor but this store never disappoints, with plenty of staff available to help, even during the busy new year season. There was a man walking around promoting the M&S card and was very polite, and though I was not personally interested he did come across wonderfully and did not persist with me further than letting me know what it was and to find him if I wanted to know more. Again very polite, I believe his name was Stephen but I am not sure. All in all a great store and the (personal) best Marks and Spencer's I have visited
My two favourite staff members are alvin and mohammed.they always make me laugh and are very polite. Work in the food department.
On Friday 24th March, I visited the Pudsey store with my mum and grandson. After choosing a plant for his mummy, my grandson lost his toy car under the plant display. A fantastic member of staff, who may have been called AJ? moved the plant display, so my grandson could retrieve his car. My grandson thought the man was "really strong" for moving the display, the man even gave my grandson some Percy Pig sweets for being so brave.
Well done M&S.
I shop at this store almost every week and the staff are all great, but this gesture was above and beyond.
Largest M&S I know. Most extensive range of stock with all their offerings in one store. Furniture, Soft furnishings, Food and Clothing in one place plus an extremely large cafeteria.
Miniature Shop - Current promo which I think is their best ever! These miniatures are items you can buy in your food shopping at #M&SFood there are 25 #LittleShop to collect. Personally, I wouldn't let the kids near my collection. Ihey're mine!!! :-)
Was served today on the cash desk in womenswear by a lovely lady called Kavita. What a star! She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Told us that we had some freebies with our sparks card and went across the whole store to find them for us. She was really friendly and appeared to be genuinely enjoying her job. You are lucky to have such a wonderful member of staff.
