Best thing about the place is the food with a new menu. The head chefs, Mikey and Duncan, are superb. The food is well worth a try.... washed down with a lovely beer!

Just had Sunday lunch, absolutely cracking food, all well cooked, plenty of it, and you can have your Yorkshires as a first course, welcoming and friendly staff, you won't be disappointed

Since reopened probably the best place to have a drink locally. Menu is limited but sensibly priced and food quality good. Does get busy at peak times. The pulze lounge is a contemporary bar, unique decor and great for the more youthful crowd. Something going on during the week also drag acts etc st

Nice pub. Not sure if they still do food but the food is tip top. Function room in the back is good size. The dance room interior nice and modern. Good selection of drinks. Good atmosphere.
This pub has been transformed in recent months and its well worth a visit from those put off the pub previously. A knight greets you on arrival and the lounge has comfortable seating choice, guest ales and a lunch and evening food menu. As I've not tried the food I give 4 stars but I'm looking forwa
