Caffe Nero - Leeds - Photo album

Lovely cafe with great service every time I come in! Kate, who was a trainee when I first asked her to make me a ice chai latte said she didn’t know how to as they didn’t serve it and just improvised. She offered to make it again if I didn’t like it but I loved it!! Turned out amazing! 10/10 😋
Good coffee and nice staff
The most beautiful barista there it’s Athena she make always nice drinks for us that’s why we go to Nero she have nice smile so if she no there dont go:)
The shop was good but there was a creepy white middle man sitting there on Sunday afternoon 06/08/2023 who looked rather suspicious
Not really one for chain store coffee, but this blend is actually ok. Even better with the 25% off being offered
Went to cafe Niro this afternoon. Haven’t been to one for ages. Was served by the most wonderful Jake. Friendly , with a fantabulous smile and courteous and an absolute energy.. It’ was lovely to have a young person who has the emotional intelligence and smile to ask how you are and do it with p
I was at Caffè Nero, Chapelallerton, today. The best coffee and great customer service from Jake who was friendly and welcoming and made us feel that nothing would be too much trouble. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
I had a pistachio latte which was so good. If you like salted caramel try their brownie.
I was served by Louise who did a fantastic job of taking our orders and letting us have time to decide what we wanted. Louise had a calm manner which put us at ease. As the queue got bigger later on she was great at letting us have our spot and time and not rushing us. Wonderful
I usually prefer to support local cafe and coffee shops but I always find myself back in here! The coffee is great but the best thing is the staff. They're always cheerful, they remember regular customers and their orders and they maintain excellent standards. This high street chain feels like a loc
Very friendly staff and pretty big if you want to sit in and drink. Often very busy too. Not great for parking. There are a few spaces near the cafe but short of that you have to park further up the main road. The cafe is very nice though but often seems a little under staffed at busy periods meanin
Really good friendly service more than you would expect from a chain. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of sandsiches on offer and a great scone which was better than expected. The coffee was good and consistently is. The loyalty card system in operation at nero is better than any other big chain like thi
Always prompt and happy to help. Never had a bad drink from here and the queues are well managed. Great Caffe Nero in a lovely location.
Always a pleasant atmosphere here. They need to have more options in their vegetarian gluten free range tough. Today I struggled to find suitable food, so just had a dairy free hot chocolate which was lovely!
Not where I would normally go as the prices are a bit steep for coffee, but with the weather it was nice to get warm and have a hot drink. After all the attempts to sell the cakes and pastry was please to find the noise level bearable. Too often the conversation seems to be a shouted level in there.
