Extremely busy on a Sunday lunchtime but the food took approx 5 minutes to be ready to collect after ordering. As soon as someone left an employee was there to wipe the table clean, plenty of condiments and an overall good experience. Kids got some Halloween themed entertainment pack in an envelope too.

The normal atmosphere in a fast-food shop. Noise, but was okay. Just go if you don't have other options

Great location in the city centre, though there's little doubt the staff have to put up with hell from a lot of customers, to the point where their security has to help manage customer levels late at night. A shift manager (who's name I didn't get) went quite far out of her way to help me with her order and is a huge credit to her store and her team.

One of the managers is a bully! I saw him many times treating bad with irony and rudeness to customers and team members of McDonals but the rest of the staff is great, smiling and always willing to help. It is a clean place and there is always a security officer there for our safety.
