Didn't mind the wait but we had already decided on the meal but was still left 15 mins to pursue the menu before being served. It then took a further 25 mins for the food to arrive, by then I had eaten my salad. The quarter chicken must have been from a pulet as it was less than a mouthful along with 5 small ribs. Will not be returning. Poor staffing. Poor food.

Waited over at least 35 mins for our food, the chicken strips were burt to a crisp! The service from the waiters was absolutely disgusting! Not one of them asked if we wanted anymore drinks neither did they move our plates from the salad we had eaten. And inside was freezing had to ask to move tables. Never going back!

Pub was freezing had to ask to move tables meal came without topped jacket as advertised when asked no apology. Tart was burnt and all crust inedible due to burnt. Only salad was nice.

Sat in the harvester now! Had to get up and ask a waitress to take our order. Had two bowls of salad because the food is taking too long to arrive!!!! The service is very bad. There is a table that had 10 people on that has needed cleaning since we got here

Just been out for tea with my friends. We was stood at the entrance 5 minutes before we was seated. We ordered our food which we waited around 45 minutes for. When our food came it was cold and one off us had sauce missing which we had to get up and ask for. The waitress didnt come to us and ask if everything was ok with our food. After we ate what we could, we then had to ask someone to clear our tables and asked for a desert menu and this was 20 minutes after we had eaten. We ordered ice cream which took 10 minutes. When the ice cream came it looked like a bowl off slop so we didnt eat that. We then had to ask someone to bring our bill. He said i will bring it straighg away. After another 15 minutes off waiting we then went to the desk to ask another waitress if we could pay. Whilst waiting for our deserts we made a complaint about the food and we was told the food should not be cold had it had only just been cooked, and the waitress who saved us it was only her second day, so she was not used to it being busy. The lady we spoke to said she would speak to the waitress. When we paid the bill we told the waitress that we did not complain about her. The waitress said she got the blame for everything and it was her 5th day. So we was lied to by a manager. Also because we made a complaint we was then getting mucky looks from staff members. Also they do refillable soft fizzy drinks for adults, why cant they do refillable milk ect for children. We are so not happy and we will not be returning in a hurry again.

Just been out for tea with my friends we didn't like the experience at all. We order our main course and waited at least 45 minutes to be served cold food, no waiter/waitress came over to ask us if our food was ok all other tables were asked around us.. Also sauce was missing from our meals. We had to get up and ask for this. Then when we ate what we could which is barely warm we had to wait for our plates to be taken and after 30 mins still no one approached the table so we called over to a woman who we asked who we need to talk to about a complaint she listened then she blamed the waitress and said it only her 2 nd day and we said the cold food wasn't the waitresses fault that's the kitchen,she then added that the food had just been taken from the hotplate when she brought it over, She told us she would sort something out we order pudding and then we were served very runny ice cream and cream as a sundae and she said she had put extra in the bowls to compensate us. Then we asked a male waiter for the bill and the waiter said I will bring it over. Bills were given to another 3 tables around us and we had to get up and ask again for the bill. Also why put a new trainee on a busy section .We was there 2 & half hours for main and pudding disgusting.Won't be going back.

Went for breakfast . Had to call a waitress to take our order after 10 mins of been sat down.. then waited a further 1 hour to b served cold breakfast which half of the items we ordered was missing . No one came over to say they was going to b a delay or a sorry or anything. Ended up just walking out

Truly awful frozen and re-heated food. Waitresses do their best serving stuff that this company shouldn't allow to emerge from the kitchen.
