While the lobby was "closed", I could tell that the girl behind the counter was apprehensive about telling me as much. My son and I had planned on dining in, but I simply told her that it would be fine, we'd just take it out. The food was delicious and our interactions were pleasant. Though the couple who came in behind us were not as easily swayed from the dining area. I felt for the girl behind the counter as the woman plead that there were other customers in the lobby eating, and that she and her husband had planned to eat in.

I'd like to give a great great big thank u too ms. Sharonda for such a great and pleasant experience on today. I'm a truck driver from Dallas TX going back home from north Carolina. I arrived here just as they were closing the Dine In area and wasn't able to walk in but was allowed to order at the drive thru instead. Thanks so so much to the entire crew here at this location and I'm through here quite often going to North Carolina. This will most definitely be one of my new stopping places to eat because of the smiles, friendliness and such great attitudes from the staff here. Again Ms. Sharonda u are truly the best. Keep up the great work my sister and I'll be seeing u guys real soon. Be blessed and stay safe each of u.

Worst service ever, wish I give them a negative. Food has been cold last 2 times and when you take it back they have a nasty attitude. I wasn’t going to eat here again but I tried again tonight and I sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes and no one ever came to the speaker, I pulled around and no other cars were there and the worker just stared at me for at least 30 seconds and went back to doing whatever she was doing. I hope they go out of business if they can’t get staff that will work

Captain Grease says we call it. The food is reliably greasy for sure. The quality of the side items sucks. This location is the hit or miss for quality.

This one is not a good one..got a meal a hour after the store opened not understanding why my food was cold and tasted horrible like it had been sitting for a while..no ketchup for fries even after I asked for some..This was @ 11am they just opened @ 10..food should have been hot and fresh .

Never had any mistakes with my food at this location, and the employees always seem to be working hard. Idk if they are understaffed but if they are they're doing a great job

I ordered online to make the process faster and after waiting in the drive thru we were informed that they had given our order to someone else. I tried to pull my order up so they could remake it because the lady wouldn't just let me simply tell her my order. So after about 40 minutes I finally received my order which still was incorrect. I was very unhappy with this experience and the customer service
