Usually this place is pretty on point but today must've been an off day or time. No one said hello or I will be right with you. Waited first in line for about 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged the 3 different paying customers in line including myself. The food was good though customer service needs a lift though

Don’t let the new building fool you into thinking their food or service is my better than it previously was. We went for dinner at 4:30 on a Friday and waited 30 minutes for our food. My Cinnabon delights didn’t even have cinnamon on them. My burritos were wrong- one only had rice and cheese with no meat. They were not short staffed so that can’t be used as an excuse. There were at least 6 workers there at the time but one of them was walking around talking to co-workers rather than helping. There were several other people waiting for their food and others were complaining also. Waste of time and money. I was completely disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. Lol.

I ordered the $5.00 combo deal the food was fresh and hot and so delicious. Friendly customer service and very helpful. I like the new restaurant very nice and clean.

Waited in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes then decided to go inside. Continue to wait for another 25 minutes so one trip to Taco Bell cost me an hour of my life. I asked for a manager to find out why we were all standing there while the employees which there were plenty of not like they were short-handed or anything we're back there laughing and moving slow as molasses. She told me I should just calm down or go somewhere else. Personally, I used to work at Taco Bell I know the ins and outs. I've been to many taco bells. This one I will never return to

there was a lady with the blonde hair doing headset and she was rude to me bc i pulled up before she told me her order. i did apologize because i thought she was done. i work in fast food, theres no need for that.

They recently revamped this place to a newer Taco Bell and the place looks amazing and the outdoor patio is such a cool new addition. Staff are friendly and they work so hard when it gets busy.

Love taco bell. They are severely understaffed. I get it. It always takes at least 10 minutes for someone to take your order. They need help 💖
