Burger King

So I’m ordering 3 meals at the drive through window. The guy taking my order clearly shouldn’t be behind the register! He kept repeating what I said but changing the order every time he would repeat it back! I told him no then I repeated my order again! I literally repeated my order of three number ones five times!! One without mayo and one with just cheese!!!! What person doesn’t understand that!!! Finally I gave up and just went to McDonald’s!! I will not be back to this Burger King!! Incompetent staff and not friendly!!

They only had three people and it taken them 20 min to make too whomp. And they completely messed up my whole order. I asked them to put no cheese no ketchup and no pickles on one and the other one I told them to put ketchup lettuce tomato and cheese. the other the three that was there, mixed up the whole order and did not do what I asked and it seems they could not read the copy of the reciept

I work in the mall. I had the worst experience ever. I'm not one to complain or write bad reviews but this was unacceptable. I only get some much time for my break. My ticket number was "99" that day. Before I even got my food they were on ticket number "15" I waited almost an hour. The lady wanted to see my receipt and didn't have it, so she rolled her eyes at me as she was turning her head. Not to mention the whole time I was waiting; I was observing the staff, most of them were laughing and talking and not really wanting to do their job.. the line was building up might I add. I will never go back & I will be calling your district manager to let them know as well.

The cashier accidentally flipped the lid off the iced tea canister. It fell over the counter. My daughter picked it up and she put it right back on there without washing it. THEN THE FEMALE GUEST SERVICES PERSON WAS STANDING THERE WHEN I MENTIONED IT, LAUGHED AND STOOD THERE LIKE SHE WANTED TO DO SOMETHING.
