Fantastic shop with super fab staff!! It is such a lovely place to go to get some treats for yourself or gifts for friends. Their gift sets are pretty decent. A variety of tea and coffee selection available in the shop; their hot chocolate tastes amazing and it is vegan friendly. Don't worry if you are not sure how to deal with different types of tea: black tea, herbal tea etc. You can always find instruction on the package or on their website. They always have some discount for something in-store or online. Make sure you won't miss it!
Honestly an amazing store, staff are always so warm and inviting, they are also spot on with advice l. Every time I have been in and bought something, I have ended up with something extremely tasty and flavourful. Highly recommend the pink lemonade instant tea over ice and if you want a dreamy hot drink then the sticky toffee pudding hot chocolate is incredible and makes your room smell amazing.
From the moment we walked in, staff were extremely lovely and helpful. We ended up buying a bunch of items as there was such a huge selection of wonderful options to choose from. Good prices for high quality products that taste delicious. Thank you so much! :)

Vicky (deputy manager) was fantastic on top of selling us a great tea selection she gave some samples of tea and a peanut hot chocolate and was fantastic and polite Vicky also mentioned if we weren't satisfied with the tea we purchased we can send it back and exchange with one we do like.
Great if you are a connoisseur or just want to try something different. I bought coffee as a present for a friend and they were thrilled with it. The lady who assisted me was very good and I was grateful for her assistance. Whilst there I bought some chocolate covered coffee beans, delicious and will be going back for some more.

Everything was great except the package of the milk oolong I bought from this store was damaged. The outside cardboard box is intact but the plastic bag inside has a hole in it. But I guess I was just lucky.
Wonderful experience at Whittard Leeds, much better than other branches I have been at! Whilst it's pretty small shop, the staff more than make up for it. I wish I had taken note of his name, but the person who sold us our tea was so enthusiastic! He told us that the numbers on their teas aren't catalogues number, but based on facts about the tea and gave us a few examples. Gave us some samples of tea which we were interested in trying, and introduced us to their tea tasting community programme which I have never heard of (my previous local branch never mentioned this before).
Overall, a great experience at Whittard Leeds and I hope to make a visit again.
