Been to many branches of Jollibee here in the UK, and by far, this one's the closest to the original taste of the food served back in the Philippines. Although, it's a bit sad that they don't sell Yums here any more. They used to last year when I was here. Still, very wonderful food and service.

We came during the Leeds lightnight event. Really enjoyed the food, nice to have a meal for two special with loaded fries as an option.
Staff were amazing 😊. Helped us out with a small change in our order. As wanted one spicy and one regular burger.
And the person who greeted us when we came in (Sonia I think) was incredibly friendly. Kept talking to us about our baby, brought our food to us to help us out and even took our picture. Really made the experience unique. Thank you 😊

Best jollibee I've ever been to, the gravy loaded fries are amazing, the hotdog is amazing, the chicken is crispy and so juicy, we've been to this jollibee 2 days in a row now cause it's so good (side-note the jollibee in Leicester Square London is terrible, they always give us spicy chicken burgers instead of regular, and the hotdog Buns are always dry and hard). This Leeds jollibee is the best jollibee we've been to, 5 stars. Also the pineapple juice is unlike any other pineapple juice I've ever had, it's amazing, so refreshing.

Was looking for somewhere to have a quick lunch break and this place happened to be near by. The food was very tasty.
The chicken sandwich was delicious, the coating used on the chicken was very crispy. Will definitely be eating here again when I’m in Leeds city centre.

There was the loveliest guest attendant called Sonia, who definitely helped us through the meal! As an individual with Autism and a Hard of Hearing/Deaf Sister, hearing the number was hard but she helped us! Too thankful for her honestly!!! The food was awesome too.
