Got a sausage role while I was rushing to get back on my bus. My card wasn't scanning for some reason..ds nice lady attendant saw my agitation and rush, she just asked me to forget the payment and rush to catch my bus. Very lovely

Customer service in this branch of Greggs, is second to none. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The shop is always clean and well presented, the staff are always well presented too. Simply can not beat this branch! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+

The staff are always friendly, polite and professional. Yes there is a bit of a queue sometimes (becuase it's so popular), but it does tend to go down quickly as the staff serve you as fas as they possibly can.

Victoria bus station is very expensive and the staff are under trained, count your change BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUTER as over charging happens. Order wasnt filled out correctly, very disappointed
Nice little place, quiet smaller than your usual greggs but has the usual selection of pasties, sandwiches and drinks. Fast service and friendly staffs.
