As much as I like to take my time in selecting my choice in gelato, the young ladies in front of me just couldn't decide and the gentleman behind the counter could sense that I was ready. He excused himself and took my order and quickly returned to attend to the two young ladies.
The gelato was excellent and very satisfying to end the evening. I would definitely go back to try some of their other flavors if ever in the area. Enjoy
Some good pals of mine suggested we all take a trip to sample some of the finest gelato Leicester has to offer, and this place lived up to the hype.
Like with most gelato shops, you can sample all the wonderful flavours before you choose what you want to buy, but I'd recommend the cherry, peanut and chocolate. All in one tub. Amazing.
The service was cheery, and the prices are reasonable, and I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Love this place! They have many different flavours, my favourites being stracciatella and grapefruit XD also get student discount which is always nice.

Great Ice cream shop - so many delicious flavours to choose from. I went for the pistachio flavour and it was bang on full of flavour!! Would highly recommend.
They are allergy friendly! Allergens are listed out and they have individual scoops for each flavours to minimise cross contamination. A mini scoop is bigger than expected!
Great place to go to and have a cooling gelato. They have a decent range of flavours to choose from. I highly recommend the Mango Lassi flavour if it’s available. I also recommend the hazelnut which was a very balanced and tasty flavour. Although parking nearby is a struggle to get it’s definitely worth it.
Gelato Village is a definite must if you are in the city. Their gelato is to die for particular love pistachio, coffee on a waffle cone.
The theatre they create scooping and creating your dream flavours is great to watch. While you’re drooling over the counter waiting for it to be handed over.
The service is great and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Be prepared to queue on hot sunny days but truly worth the wait.
Various flavors to choose. Don’t forget to try Richard III. It’s a must for King Richard III’s sake. Just kidding, try it because it’s a nice flavor. Lovely staff!
Best Gelato in the area by far. I love that they use fresh and local produce. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. My partner isn’t a dessert person but he loves this place. The only problem is choosing which flavours to have as they all look so good.
One of the best ice cream place in Leicester. Love that they offer three different options for all cones/cup sizes. Not many authentic gelato placees around so always busy. Good variety and menu keeps updating.

It made an impression that there is a focus on local selections - local flavours (Richard III Gelato), local dairy sourced products, too.
Service was quick and the seats outside are lovely on a sunny day.
Range of in house gelato, available to eat in or take away. You can also buy boxes to enjoy at home. Absolutely delicious! Get there early if you want Richard III as it's often sold out.
We visit here every time we come to Leicester, as a vegan there is a lot on offer with the sorbetto's, they also follow the seasons with their flavours so this time I spoilt myself TWICE with chocolate, blackberry and fig in a cone, amazing - amazing - amazing! Great incentive on their loyalty cards with milestones of coffee, cones, waffles and the end freebie - a Gelato Village T-shirt! Service is quick so don't be put off if there is a long queue, friendly and clean and all very fresh, top quality!
