My favourite place on leicester for coffee. I also love their chicken sandwiches. They are so filling.
But mocha and cappuchino is what I would suggest everyone to try once
Simply the best hot chocolate in town! The place is amazing, very cosy and friendly. I just don't rate it with 5 points because sometimes the staff is not very nice and polite with the customers. The cakes are also very tasty!

St Martin's is a consistently enjoyable location for brunch or coffee, or both!
The restaurant is filled with plants which makes for a nice atmosphere, the seating is all pleasantly mismatched and it isn't crammed or cluttered. Even when it is busy here, it feels relaxed for the customer.
We went for brunch at 10am on Sunday because we are morning people and it was super quiet. We did find it a bit odd that we were just given menus and sent on our way to find a table but the choice was nice.
We ordered a couple of coffees and brunches to share - the chicken waffles and the NYC breakfast burger - and payment was requested at the point of ordering.
The drinks came at the same time as the food and both were speedy, but again it was very quiet. My cappuccino was loaded with chocolate flakes - yum!
The chicken waffles have changed since the last time I came which was lovely. This is such a tasty meal, it felt weird eating it at 10 am but who cares, right? It was full of flavour, tangy, sweet and crispy. We shared each dish but this is a huge portion for one.
The burger was delicious too: hash brown, cheese, bacon and ketchup - maybe an egg too I don't recall. I will say that there was just one tiny hash brown I think it needed two, but for a simple burger it was surprisingly satisfying.
I have never not enjoyed a trip to St Martin's, just be mindful that during busy periods you won't have quite the same speed as we experienced but you will definitely enjoy it either way!
We’ve enjoyed a lovely weekday lunch here. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and great food. All round excellent value for money. We’ll be back here again most certainly.
Absolutely wonderful place. I had the best time here today, I ordered the Chicken Waffle, biscoff iced latte and it was superb. The atmosphere was very welcoming and wholesome. I absolutely recommend this for brunch and lunch, the staff was so friendly and kind too! They often came and checked on my meal, I definitely will come here again!
From a coffee shop/diner Chicken sandwich I don't have high expectations but this chicken sandwich was perfect. Bread perfectly toasted, the chicken was moist and flavourful, seasoned to perfection. The waffles were light, fluffy and tasty. Service was incredible. This worthwhile and fairly priced stop in Leicester is a must.
Went here with a couple of friends just to chill and do some work!(wifi was decent as it’s BT guest wifi) The staff were really nice and friendly and the hot chocolate was 10/10, added some hazelnut syrup to mine which I loved.
Had lunch here today with my daughter and granddaughters and thought it was absolutely faultless, friendly, helpful staff, delicious food and outstanding coffee. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone that'll listen!

Great coffee. Very good menu offering something for most tastes. You could go with the waffles and add bacon. The Greek yogurt bowl is also delic or the avocado on sourdough, you can’t really go wrong. They’ve recently moved to table service which takes all of the old queues away. Service was prompt and friendly. I liked the option to pay at the point of ordering which meant little waiting around. Fabulous.
I love everything about this place, you’re always made to feel very welcome, brilliant brunch selection and super quick service. I was a little sad that the nasi goreng didn’t make it through the last menu refresh but the chicken waffles with pineapple salsa have made my heart sing every time I’ve had them 🍍

I found this coffee shop randomly while walking through the area and I absolutely valued the service. Thank you to Johnny for his patience and kindness. He’s a great bloke.
The food there was exceptional.
The mushroom burger was probably one that was even better than the ones I have tried in America. A shoutout to the chefs that actually care for what good food should taste like. After trying it (thanks to the recommendation by Johnny as well), I ordered 2 more for my father and I for lunch. He enjoyed it too. It’s obviously a great option for vegetarians.
