Amazing place to be in. The food is great, their menu has a lot of options. Good music and ambience.
Drinks are great and so are the people visiting this place.
Thoroughly enjoy whenever i go there. Although not a huge selection on the menu, it definitely does not lack on flavour and appearance. Staff is always friendly and always give you recommendations on what to try. If you only feel like a few drinks, i highly recommend the cocktails. Good vibe there at night which can attract alot of people so can get very busy. Suggest to go earlyish if you would like a meal with not too much of a buzz.
This is the first Caribbean restaurant I went to in my life and it was truly exciting. The restaurant has a casual ambience. The staff are attentive and give you lots of time to decide - often suggesting you from the menu. The menu isn't very large, but the selections from the salads, starters, one pots, curries and grills are quite diverse. The food is tantalising and piquant - very different from our usual experience. The drinks are very typical to the islands - the shandy was brilliant. It's a must go back kind of restaurant with 5 star attributes.
Turtle Bay is the first (to my understanding) chain of Caribbean restaurants in the UK, what a welcome this has been throughout cities in the UK. I have visited two of their restaurants in Leicester and also in Birmingham and I hope there is a restaurant soon opening in my local city, Wolverhampton. Vibrant scenery with Caribbean art work, tasteful Caribbean music. The restaurant in Leicester is somehow superior to the restaurant in Birmingham as there are two floors. The deco is bright, which is perfect for not only not having to squint but also to share beautiful pictures from the restaurant. Staff are attentive, able to offer choices, friendly a real Caribbean atmosphere. It was only right that
Out for late dinner with a friend. Great service from the start. Ordered two Red Stripes beers and we both took a sip at the same time and instantly knew the beer wasn’t right. Said to waiter and straight away got 2 fresh from another pump and tasted much better. Had the shared board. Halloumi & prawn curry. Great food, can imagine it tastes like that in the Caribbean. Reasonably priced. Would come back. Like the Reggae music in the back ground.
Absolutely fantastic bottomless brunch today. Thanks to Ethel and Jordan for making the experience even better for being so kind and fun - you are both stars! Can definitely recommend the new cocktails at Turtle Bay!
Visited yesterday for my birthday atmosphere was brilliant staff were super friendly nothing was too much trouble special mention to our server Mimi she was fantastic
Excellent, friendly staff and service. 2-4-1 cocktails until 7pm. The food was good, everything was a little on the mild side, so ask if you like things a little spicier 🔥
Lovely food, great drinks selection! Jess served us and straight away she was relatable, great vibes and overall a lovely person. She couldn’t do enough for us, kept our drinks flowing for our bottomless brunch and gave great recommendations for what to drink next when we were unsure. The best service, thank you Jess!

Nice restaurant with some great food. Turtle Bay always has some great food, especially their beautiful jerk chicken and their tasty mac and cheese. Leicester’s Turtle Bay did not disappoint on the food and everything was really tasty, with service being very fast even though they were busy. Always is a bit loud in Turtle Bay and on this occasion, there was women fighting inside the restaurant whilst we were trying to eat our meal which was a shame. However, security did deal with this and they were removed to outside of the restaurant. Restaurant is decorated nicely and there is a nice vibe.
Everything was perfection!!! Went for a bottomless brunch and I and my husband enjoyed every meal ❤️
When we arrived we originally had Jordan who was very polite and Liam then took over. Liam made conversation with us while we were ordering which was lovely.
Will P and will T were great fun and a laugh to end our night at turtle bay.
