Good pub next to Leicester railway station, 4 ales on tap, including the owners brewery King Billy, caters mostly for the weekend sports crowd. Can get very busy. A lot quieter during the week.

Visited for a lunchtime meal. From the outside it looks like a small bar but once inside it opens up and is large and spacious. Bottle lights, well presented bar. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Food was really tasty, had a burger which came with fries, coleslaw and salad. Has toilets which were clean.

I have been here many times over the last few years, always enjoyable visits. Right next to the railway station. Good selection of beers and food, electronic dart boards at the back. My last visit was on a Saturday night when they had live music.

This pub is literally outside the train station. The front looks like a small coffee shop but believe it it’s huge inside and amazing. You need to walk down a set of stairs to the bar area which, has numerous beers on offer. They had interactive darts which, was great. There was another game which you had to slide the weights down. The young gentleman who ran the pub explained how they look after the table and how the game was played. It was £5 for 30 mins. A really good interactive game. There were about four different areas to sit in if you wanted to with either sofas, table and chairs or booths. The pub was very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Really wish we had gone in this pub when we first arrived in Leicester. Definitely a pub to visit.

Great pub great range of beers large and interesting range of Spirits and good food. Held a CAMRA meeting here and they were very helpful and obliging even gave a free buffet. Would certainly recommend a visit and will definitely be going back myself. Interesting and quirky decor

A cavernous downstairs bar, beer garden, and odd nooks on the way to the exit. Right by the station. It was entirely devoid of the atmosphere, but I did visit on a Wednesday afternoon. Beer was acceptable.

I went here originally because it was a dog friendly place to eat and may I say I am glad I did!! The food was amazing and brilliantly presented as well, service was fantastic too! I will admit there was an issue with desert as I originally ordered the sticky toffee pudding with custard and it arrived with ice cream instead so we told the staff and they brought some out then I went to eat it and the actual pudding was almost solid however I told the staff this and they were happy to swap it for something else so I had the waffles instead and they were amazing wish I had room for seconds! All in all a good experience had to give 4 stars due to the desert issue but otherwise PERFECT!!! 😊

Good large pub in a former sorting office in Leicester Station. Three cask beers - and 2 ciders - on handpump when I last visited. Lots of covered outdoor seating.

Only in here for a quick before train! Decent selection of beers...the toilet has a key code! Had a Tiny Rebel Stay Puft from a can. Since been again for longer & they now have more IPA's & stouts on tap...not cheap!...but very nice!!

Love this place. It doesn't look like much from the street entrance next to the station, but once inside you're greeted with a modern and spacious look and feel. Huge ceilings make it feel like an event having a pint. Food was great, hand made skinned fries with a lovely warm beef and cheese sandwich. Highly recommended.

Really like this place. Lovely staff, decent drinks range, the place is fitted well and prices look reasonable. Background music always sounds modern and lively. 4 stars because on the 3 times I went .. Friday and Saturday around 9pm expected it to be busy but it was actually quite empty. Not sure why tbh

Well, from the outside it looks like a tiny and not at all busy small pub. Enter and you will think you have stepped inside the Tardis, it is much much bigger on the inside. Not a visual treat but very pub-like. Got decent selection of drinks and a decent selection of good honest pub food as well. I believe that some sections can be cordoned off private functions, too. At over £4 for a pint of Tuborg it may not be cheap but at least I live in the past when you could buy a pint for £2.50 in upmarket pubs. Worth a visit if you are in Leicester and especially if you have some time to kill before your train.

A very convenient place to call into when your train from Leicester to Melton Mowbray has been cancelled. Nice pub though, with a good vibe, nice beer and knowledgeable staff. Probably be back in there tomorrow when my train's cancelled AGAIN.
