Tatra Eastern Corner - Leicester - Photo album

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this super friendly restaurant in Leicester, and its Slovakian roots made it an especially sentimental experience for me. If you're looking for a Michelin star experience with mini portions, this isn't the place for you, but if you want warm welcoming, homely
Small, basic restaurant serving good food. Friendly service - a lot of love goes into these dishes.
I had a hankering for real goulash and I wasn't disappointed. Dining on my own while away for work, the ladies made me welcome and the food was great. Seriously full of hearty eastern European food. Yum!!
The food was delicious and full of flavour reminded me of my childhood, me & partner had Hungarian gulaš and medvník finished with some nice beer will definitely visit again would definitely recommend.
Had a great Farmers Platter for 2 and 2 nice Czech beers. We are happy to return and try more of the menu.
Wow Whilst visiting Leicester so my van could be dealer serviced at VW Leicester, headed in to the city centre to look for a MacDonalds. The city was quiet as it had just come out of its location Covid-19 lock down and in navigating the back streets I came across this place. Stunning ! Very pleasant
Great venue. Good east european food.
Beautiful food and atmosphere with a really nice host. Food was perfect and hearty but I must say the highlight was trying the many Slovak spirits. Very strong but super tasty! Will definitely be going back.
After hearing good reviews I decided to arrange a surprise birthday meal for my partners 30th birthday. I spoke to the manager over the phone to book it and he couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and and couldn’t do enough to help organise everything
A lovely little find, when we took a wrong turn on a road. Highly recommended doing the same
