We rang quite late the staff member said it’s fine to accommodate for 5 people and then we headed that way got a few drinks and ordered food . The food was great can’t complain but the lamb was bit chewy and we did mention to the chef he didn’t add it on our bill . Enjoyed the starters and main dish
We ordered mix grill, chilli chips & chilli fish. Everything was great but the chilli fish was absolutely unreal! Highly recommended!
Excellent family pub. Nice little function room for private hire Upton 80 People. Food service and staff very helpful and friendly. Good selection of veg/nonveg and Indochinese food 😋😍
I don't do pub Indians normally prefer Indian restaurants. Rice was lovely, naan too, pickles n poppadoms as per usual, but the curry, whilst tasty, was very salty. This is the 3rd place in Leicester I've felt the food was too salty, why???!
I think I'll stick to my Gurkha food in future or just say
The service is hard to get a hold of but the food's great and so are the portions. Didn't try the grills but four of us were left having to push our stomachs beyond what was deemed possible to finish three hot curries in August weather
We were visiting my cousin in Loughborough, it's their local Indian restaurant which they normally go to, they took us here for dinner. The starters and mains were amazing. It was my first time but would recommend. Lamb Chops were super niceee. Also the lamb meat in the curry was soft and not chewy.

Food and service was fab tonight, first time exp - thank you - maybe need air con a little bit as it was a bit hot in near the bar seating area - but other than that would go again no doubt.
