The carvery is amazing all the time, as well the deserts. But to fill to finish the dessert 😂 Went there today and Gordon was setting our table. Very friendly and professional service from him. Many thanks mate!
Came with the Mrs for carvery as we were long overdue a date night and we weren’t disappointed! Ultimate Coca Cola, enormous carvery and choccy fudge cake bigger than my head was just what she needed (happy wife happy life) and the staff were delightful - super friendly and not afraid to have a laugh with you! Thanks Gordon and Sheryl for being the cherry on top 🥰
Food was great. Whole family enjoyed it. Think the team need a little refresher on customer service. Carvery chef never spoke a word to any of us. Bartender who took our order was non communicative and put our carvery tickets in a puddle of beer on the bar!! Waitress awkwardly approached us to ask if our meal was okay. And then just walked off when we said yeh it’s great. Not a smile or hint of acknowledgment.
Over all I would revisit for the great food. But the atmosphere wasn’t fab.
Great time at the grove farm triangle pub. Gordon (our server) was amazing gave great service and made us feel at home. Came for breakfast which was lovely then had to come back for lunch (which was dessert) and oh my… had to take cakes home for the weekend. Had the carvery from her before and I never have any complaints. Great place to eat.
I love going to grove farm all of the people here are so nice and the food is lovely. Gordon is also very lovely with great customer service and comes across very kind.
Gordon at the carvery provided a dining experience beyond expectations. His warm hospitality coupled with his attention to detail made our meal truly memorable. The succulent roast and array of sides were a delight to the palate. Gordon's impeccable service elevated our visit, ensuring we'll return for more of his expertly carved delights.
Had a wonderful breakfast this morning and was helped by Gordon who just couldn’t do enough for us. What a great member of staff. We will definitely be back 5*
I'm splitting hairs here, for me it was four and a half stars, the meal was excellent, I had the beer battered fish & chips which was piping hot just like it's meant to be,it was delicious and was well worth five stars on its own, the only flaw as I saw it,they didn't clear the table quick enough after we had finished eating, consequently nobody had a sweet and there was about 25 of us.
Don't take this too badly though I was really impressed with the first course and I will certainly be back, the other thing I noticed was,I saw one person go up to the carvery from our 25,that struck me as unusual, but that could be a trend or we are unusual, I really don't know.

Went with a group of four for lunch today. We had 3 carvery’s and cheeseburger/chips. All delicious! Gordon was really helpful when we needed advice on desserts - will definitely be back.
The best meal we've had out for a long time.
We did plan to go for the carvery and whilst there was lots of fresh meat (not the awful looking stuff you get at some places) and a good choice of veg we opted to have something different. The food was tasty, well cooked and a good portion. Service was very good as well, friendly and helpful.
Normally come for the carvery but decided to try the breakfast and was pleasantly surprised! Food was nice and great value for money including unlimited tea/coffee. Gordon was a lovely server and made for a pleasant chat! Will come again
Got it from too good to go and Charlotte on the carvery was fantastic, had all our food prepared and ready to go when we got there. She was very kind and helpful and deserves commendation 👍
Visited on 19.03.24. Husband had All day breakfast, I had fish and chips, mine was disappointing. 2 small pieces of fish except it was virtually all batter. Gordon was serving our table and was very helpful and polite. Offered to replace it which I declined. Gone passed it by then. Was given a dessert to takeaway which again I declined but Gordon was insistent. Unfortunately my last few visits have been a bit of a let down. Frozen jacket potato, replaced with a cold 1, stone cold pie on another occasion. Staff have been helpful but I don,t think we will be returning soon. On the positive side my husband enjoyed his.
Great place to stop when travelling on the M1. Good breakfast at a fair price but the 2 times we visited the service was slow with not enough staff to cope with demand. Breakfast supplies were low, with some items not kept stocked up. Needs a better hot water system for hot drinks because the flask style dispensers are quickly depleted and not hot enough. Just needs a few improvements to get 5 stars!
I have been to Grove Farm on a number of occasions and found all the staff to be extremely accommodating and hospitable. And on the odd occasion where there has been an issue with anything Molly has been on hand to sort it out. Great staff team and service *****
We had meal from the carvery. Every thing was hot and well presented. There were 3 meats to choose from the and all were delicious. The staff were under a great deal of pressure as the large pub was full, but they attended to everyone with a smile. The atmosphere was busy and quite noisy but it was the run up to Christmas. Perhaps not the ideal place for a romantic meal! We will be back. Excellent value for money. Thank you.
First time we have visited. This photo is of my vegetarian carvery. I had cheese and onion pie with the carvery vegetables. Others in the party had the meat carvery, the chicken choice menu and the chicken bap. All food was really lovely and arrived really quickly despite being busy. Great choice of vegetables on the carvery. Will definitely be visiting again :)
Today, we had Gordon as our Server. He was great. Upbeat attitude, and clearly loves his job. I had a large carvery, and it beat me. Everything was cooked to perfection, and piping hot.
This was our first time visiting Grove Farm. We will definitely be back.
Place was good and food provided were also tasty. We njyd the beer as well.worth visiting with family and friends.
