Quaint little place in Leicester. Looks like an old pub. The food was a little slow but the food was very good, fresh and authentic! Portions were of good size and the staff were attentive. Will definitely go back again!
Great place. Good atmosphere, helpful staff and large variety of tasty dishes available. Would recommend kebab roll, mixed sizzler and masala fish for starters. The biryani was tasty and the portions very generous! Will be back again
I eaten from there many , many times but always as a takeaway and I was NEVER EVER disappointed with food, quality, temperature and overall service but today first time I stayed and eat in and OMG 😲 takeaway I'll score at 10/10 but eating in I think 20/10 😋😁 one of the best places to eat in Leicester 👌

This unassuming restaurant from the outside is a actually amazing. Great food with good variety of both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. They also have a separate bar downstairs. The quality and quantity of food is amazing. Very generous portion sizes. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Will visit again
Amazing mix grill. Chinese chilli chips were insane. Butter chicken as a main was a great portion. Great service during a busy night!
Came here tonight(Sat 18th Feb) for the first time. Was impressed! The staff were friendly, and we were asked how each course was and if we needed anything throughout the night.
We started off with our drinks, the pint of Madri was refreshingly crisp 👌 and poppadoms warm and fresh with sauces.
For starters, we had crispy Aubergines and a chicken tikka and kebab mix sizzler. Let me just say, I always order crispy Aubergines, and this was the tastiest ones I've had! The kebabs were moist and flavoursome.
For mains, we had chicken tawa and chicken methi. Both dishes were cooked so well, I would recommend both to anyone. For naans we had plain buttered naan and a garlic naan, both naans were soft and not over buttered!
I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon!
Without a doubt the best food I’ve ever had! Amazing staff and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even my kids loved it and they are very fussy. Deserves more than a 5* in every department and great value too. A must try. 😊
'Nothing brings people together like good food' By far, a country (Australia) mile, my favourite Indian restaurant in Leicester. The food tastes soo soo sooo good. Anytime any one thinks of Indian food to eat out or takeaway I will always just this place. Try the crispy aubergine and tell me otherwise that this isn't the best restaurant in Leicester.
Excellent food and service. I've been meaning to go for a long time because as ive been told this place is one of the best indian restaurants in Leicester. Me and the family went on the day of the place recieving their 2nd 5* hygiene rating.
Ordered the prawns, masala fish, crispy aubergine, mix grill, crispy mushrooms, chips. The food was 10/10. The owners were present and serving along with the staff, they were friendly and efficient, you can tell they take pride in what they do and they want their customers to have the best dining experience, which we did. Will be going back soon.
