Cosy seating area, lovely hard working staff and atmosphere was lovely. Coffee and hot chocolate was perfectly made. Just a little expensive but with the great service I can't complain.

We came back every day during our vacation in Leicester because the food was so delicious and the staff were very friendly. There is a great variety of ready made food, that you can takeaway or get heated. And a great variety of ready to order food. There were plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. We personally were huge fans of the smoothies, toasties and flat breads. The sweet pastries were also very yummy. I would highly recommend this place. And a big thanks to the staff for bringing such a warm and welcoming atmosphere :)

Halal Encounter

Wonderful place. Been here few times for a hot drinks. Lovely place. Customer service is great. Very friendly service. Coffee taste so good and perfect balance. Food not halal, yet vegetarian options are available. Store itself is very clean, cosy and calming. Not too busy on Wednesday evening, I am not sure about the other days. Definitely visit again whenever in highcross.

Very friendly staff ,atmosphere was nice and it had plenty of seats . Good for anyone. Food was good and didn't take long . I love the decorations in this place. And the quotes are great.The prices aren't to bad.decent.

A wonderful atmosphere inside the cafe and their jacket potato variety is delicious. The waitresses who work there are so welcoming and polite. I can't wait to go there again to try another jacket potato combo.
