My overall experience was okay. There wasn't much parking just a few diagonal spots shared by many shops so a bit tricky to get there. The lady at the counter didn't seem to care much about helping us find a cheesecake and spent a lot of time in back. When we did ask her questions her responses were

The Cheesecake Shop, Leicester is a nice little shop where you can get a great range of cheesecakes, cakes, Gateauxs, tortes, eggless cakes etc. They really do have a massive range. They sell the cheesecakes as full, half or quarter each priced accordingly. I think that the prices are reasonable.

Brilliant customer service. The staff have a vast knowledge of all the cakes, and know exactly which cakes to recommend. The staff are also extremely friendly and welcoming, by far one of the best experiences I've had in a shop like this.
