I ordered tea and donuts, and the tea tasted delicious, but the donuts did not taste good, and were oily and greasy
Chai wala is the same wherever you go. This branch is a nice small lovely little place. The staff behind the counter were very nice and polite.
Store was quite busy; seems to be very popular with locals.
Me and hubby visited the Leicester Granby street Branch on Friday 9th June 2023 @ 10.30am.
We were greeted by a staff member named Amir .He looked after us so well from placing the order till us leaving.
The service was 10/10 friendly service friendly staff and quick service we didn't have to wait.

Very popular with locals and gets busy every few often, there wraps are very nice not to mention the masala chips.
My wife and I stopped here for coffee and chai (for me) and the karak coffee is some of the best we have ever tasted! Seriously. The karak chai was also amazing! The usual most ordered cha is actually already made and given immediately when ordered.
Thus it's not freshly made, and sometimes it's on the colder side.
If someone orders chai latte or some less ordered ones, they freshly made it.
Rest of the things are amazing.
Food was excellent after we figured out which one was which. They'd muddled the order up a little but that's okay. Service was a little poor and the atmosphere was alright. But the food was yummy!
Came here on Christmas day before going to a family dinner. We had travelled from London and we ordered breakfast here.
The area manager Mr Ali welcomed us with a beautiful festive spirit and served us the most authentic Indian food and Indian Tea.
