The donuts were really nice however customer service needs improving.I felt that the lady serving us was slightly rude and it felt as if she didn’t want to serve us.
I love the donuts here but the reason it's 4 because every time this 1 lady is there I have a voucher on the app and she keeps on saying that you can't use vouchers in this store even thought I went the day before and I was able to use them. I buy these things with smiles.
Krispy Kreme Highcross offers fantastic doughnuts and excellent customer servuce! All the staff are friendly as I go every week for fundraising and they are helpful and polite. I'd like to mention Connor and Megan as I see them most Fridays I go there and they both greet and smile everytime!! Thank

Ordered a milkshake for my son and realised I left my wallet in the car and they would not accept cash, they saw how upset my son was and gave him the milkshake for free! How very thoughtful and totally unexpected, so very pleased with the gesture.

It's the best doughnut and drink place ever I've been to many doughnut places and dink shops but it doesn't overtake their deliciousness. I really recommend this place😍love it. It is officially my favourite place to have snacks now.
