The Western - Leicester - Photo album

Me and my band played a live set and it was absolutely amazing atmosphere. I loved it <3
This is the place to be in the West end of Leicester, good food, theatre and delightful bar staff...go in ask for George say James sent you....and he will look after you!!!!!
Very friendly staff. Very helpful. Small pub. Limited ability to serve big crowds. Had limited glasses and such but otherwise ok.
The best pub theatre space I have ever been to! What a welcoming, warm and well-loved space. This theatre is run by volunteers and brings a fantastic variety of shows to its stage, and the pub below is great for a pre or post show drink 😊 Highly recommended.
Very good place on coffee or beer and eating a burger👌. Cleany local and best staff :)
Went to watch the FA Cup on Saturday great staff very friendly lovely bar
Nice pub. Decent range of beers, lovely decor, polite bar staff.
Much better people running it...they actually want people in there unlike the oddball who used to run? it
Lovely outside area, with sheltered area, which is non smoking. Amazing pizza and salad.
Great pub with excellent choice of ales and lagers. It's dog friendly as owners have lovely sight hound that lives there. The staff are friendly especially the girl from Poland that loves cats.
Much improved since the previous management. Since our last visit (~18 months ago) the pub was taken on by Everards and both the decor and beers have got better. We ordered pizzas, which were ok but a little 'pre-fabricated', not freshly made - hopefully their other food options (only pizza on th
Great pub and garden. The drinks were cheap and still good. We had a medium white wine and a pint and only cost £8. The food also looked good. We didn't order any as we had already eaten.
Mix of older and newer drinkers without the tension. Serves a tiger which is a must in Leicester.
New ownership has brought the life back to the place :)
Lovely cafe. Had a small veggie breakfast and a coffee and it was really nice and fulfilled me up. Coffee was very good. Service was good and they even had a resident cat!
This is my local. I love the atmosphere and they offer great selection of local and craft cider and ale. There is also a little theatre upstairs which is fast becoming popular! Although the beer garden has recently become overshadowed by student flats, so it doesn't get as much sun as it used to.
One of those pubs that has had a decent face-lift. Good sized garden to rear. Friendly staff and decent range of draught drinks.
