This venue has become the fail safe go to for our monthly curry club. The starters are on par with the best places in Leicester. The recent addition of street food inspired menu with beautifully blended indo Chinese flavours is worth a visit. Recommend the salt and pepper fish, lollipop chicken with the info Chinese sauce and masala chips.
Great little Indian restaurant very small and cosy inside. We ordered the handi dum lamb briyani which takes 40mins as mentioned on the menu.I was not disappointed one of the most best briyani's I have ever tasted !! Great staff loads of options on the menu that you don't find in many Indian restaurants.

Came yesterday with my friend and honestly the curries we ordered were absolutely great and spot on except the starter of mix grill we ordered was not exactly the best but overall had a good experience

Amazing food!!! First visit, was very impressed. Chicken Kalaji (Liver) was perfect. We had prawn sizzler, mixed grill, naan, Chilli chips & chicken kheema curry. All medium heat, food was on point. I was taken by surprise how tasty the food was. Every dish has it's own unique flavors & taste. It's not like most restaurants that use the same sauce on every starter dish. Definitely will visit again and try some more of the of the different mains & starter's. Very impressed Well done, The Royal indian!!!!
Was a good experience. The staff were nice, but food took quite a while to come. However the wait was worth it.

Went here today food and service was amazing definitely will be going again. Never heard of this place just walked past and thought we would try didn't know what to expect!!! Was amazing glad we went. We asked them to make our food hot and unlike other place they listen and make it how you want πππππ.
Always a pleasure to come here to dine. Staff are great...food is great. The experience has always been so good to me friends and family. I once celebrated my birthday here and they went out of their way to ensure I had a great time. Prices are reasonable and portions are good too. Their lamb chops are to die for! If you havent tried it yet go for it. They wont dissappoint you! What more can I say? The seating and tables are nicely spaced for comfort. Piyush is a gem. He served us very well and ensured we were looked after. Staff are definately very helpful and recommend their best dishes. What more can you ask for!!! Mint sauce in this place is made fresh aswell it tastes amazing to go with any starters!
