I had a wonderful experience here with an employee called Aga - she was so so sweet and made us feel extremely comfortable when letting us take our time! If the review was based on the cookie it’d be a 3/5 stars but her service alone made my whole week!

I ordered my son’s personalised double layered cookie on the Tuesday over the phone. They were so helpful and made sure we were both on the same page of what character and wording etc. I collected it on the Friday and I could not have been happier! It was just perfect in every way! My son was very happy to see it this morning for his birthday ❤️

If you want to eat something delicious with your coffee, I recommend Millie’s cookie. I decided to write this review because the service was great which is rare nowadays. Mrs. Agnieszka made me have a better day today. She was nice, smiling, great at describing new cookies that I had never tried. We even talked for a while and at the end I left with a bag of cookies recommended by the seller. Mrs Agnieszka, thank you. I can’t add photo becuase I ate them all 🙂

Exceptionally wonderful service on my visit today and yesterday the 8th Feb - the staff were so kind and incredibly happy to help fulfil my order of an old classic item that has since been changed on the menu. I was delighted at how personalised the service was and how warm and wonderful it was speaking to the staff here. Definitely returning for any occasion that requires sweet treats. A lot has changed for the better with Millie’s 😊

As I came up to the store I was wellcomed with a worm smile by the manager (I think her name was pola?) She asked if I wanted any recommendations as it was for my girlfriends birthday so she said this would be lovely small gift and also took interest in the fact it was for my girlfriend. Great service by her and as I went she said have lovely day and I hope she has a nice birthday would highly recommend :)
