We have been coming here for years almost daily and the girls at Costa are always so welcoming and friendly and handle my order with a smile (it’s usually long!) my coffee is always perfect and the toasties delicious.
Reo is excellent and she handles everything and everyone so well and keeps the queue flowing- it’s a busy store!

Last week we went and had coffees and breakfast. My daughter has a nut and sesame allergy and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. When I asked if it was possible to put her breakfast on a fresh tray to go in the oven to heat up, not only were they fine with that, the person handling the food washed her hands and all the way up to her elbows before starting. So many places don’t know how to handle allergies, but this was above and beyond service.

Oadby Costa - Absolutely love this coffee shop. Me and my friend go every sat morning. They are very child friendly. The staff are amazing. Especially the manager and manager assistant Laura who have amazing customer service. And Laura is a credit to her team. Well done
