What you get from your regular McDonald's, but a more chilled out store. It can get busy in here but nowhere near as bad as some of the other McDonald's around the city.
They have a pretty big car park so never have to worry about parking, and their drive-thru isn't too narrow like some places.
I had a great experience at McDonald's in Leicester during a late return from a business trip. I decided to grab something quick to eat and placed my order through the drive-through.I was asked to wait for a short period, which was understandable given the busy evening. To my delight, a friendly staff member promptly brought my order to my car. Everything was freshly cooked and tasted delicious.While my order was complete and satisfying, I noticed that napkins were missing, which was a minor oversight.
The car park was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of parking spaces available.
Overall, my visit to McDonald's in Leicester was positive. The efficient service and tasty food made it a convenient stop after a long day. I appreciate the effort of the staff and the cleanliness of the premises.
I would gladly return for another quick and satisfying meal.

Although it was busy our food was given to us quite quickly! The food was great, the service was great. Unfortunately I only scored 2 for the atmosphere because I found the behaviour of a female manager spoilt it. The way she was speaking to staff was unacceptable especially in front of customers. I believe that if a manager wants to reprimand a member of staff it should be done away from everybody else. I couldn't see a name badge but I hope whoever she is sees this review and thinks about how to improve her managerial 'skills'.

My mum, brother and I went in to collect our order where we witnessed the business manager talking down to other members of staff in a rude and impolite manner. It was not something customers should be witnessing at all. A complaint was made to the restaurant manager about it but felt like it needed to be mentioned here. No idea what the business managers name is but she was very unprofessional
Went to McDonald yesterday at Abbey lane. In Leicester, it's the only place I go. Because the service and the food and super clean in there and staff are so friendly. Been to many McDonald's, but this Is one of the best.

Good Service, but there is a really bad menu for veggies as there isn't any option.
Always delicious from here. I got extra sauce for my McNuggets. I got home and realised they had given me 11 for 20 McNuggets. I cannot recommend McDonalds enough if you want a cheap and quick bite to eat!
Very busy at lunchtime, so service a little off but not a problem.
