Great Shell garage and use a couple of times a week to fill up the car. Always use the app and never had any issues so it’s a really quick way to fuel up. The Little Waitrose is well stocked and open 24hr so it’s worth noting if you need an emergency bottle of milk or wine. Staff are very friendly and the whole station is well maintained.
Often come here to fill the car up with fuel, staff are always pleasant and the on site shop is especially handy. Highly recommend
Been going here 2 or 3 times a week for over a year. The staff are polite and freindly. Also the toilets are very clean.

Frequent visitor, just want to say the staff are some of the nicest ever. Always a smile & friendly experience from everyone. If there is a "best petrol station cashiers" award, they deserve a nomination!
I only stopped at KFC (next door) & followed signs for the toilet, which directed me into the shell shop to the restroom there, very tidy & spacious, staff were also concerned for a single lady's safety as I started talking to her (she is my cousin but they weren't to know)
The staff there are so friendly, and it pristine,just the prices of things let it down, but hey-ho can't have everything
Limited parking for hgvs, toilets immaculate ,friendly staff very polite, KFC onsite aswell as in store type bakery
All good but if your not a young blond woman don't expect to get attended service !!
Never have to queue to fill up. Plenty of space, hot drinks and food. Prices a little expensive though
Not bad place to fill up with fuel has a good hand car wash there and reasonable price too
Stop to use the toilet very clean , ended up getting a drink, staff very friendly, good place to stop n have a coffee or tea on your travels
Most of the stuff are good, the odd manger just chatting to much nut, not to me!

But the also have the hottest Costa Coffee machine in Hook!
