The Food Village - Leicester - Photo album

The atmosphere is lovely.the cost of foods is affordable and reasonable. The tastes are good enough. Staff are friendly.
Always clean, staff are always friendly, only drawback is the gap between brekkie & lunch on some stalls but this doesn't detract from the overall experience.
good place to have something to munch ..halal option available..
I had lunch at Food Village last week. It was a pleasant discovery. Food was tasty, setting was clean and tidy, staff was kind and helpful. The building fits very well within the University and seems to help staff during busy times by serving food quickly within capacity. One can choose to eat insid
This place offers a selection of good food, and even more to order from the app. Plenty of seating space and you don't need to be a student to go here. About £6 will get you a decent quality meal so no more expensive than mcdonald's but eat better. Never had a bad meal here yet.
Decent student canteen.. had freshly made pizza with my choice of toppings - it was nice. Great to have a bit more salad options...
Cosy atmosphere, food it's very tasty De Montfort University it's a brilliant place to be.
Popped in for a coffee. Had a pumpkin spiced Starbucks and it was delicious! Food looked good and loved the ordering system. Large space with plenty of space to sit.
Wonderful selection of tasty fresh food at a reasonable price.
Food cheap and good portions. Their was a nice selection of bars salad's,soups, pasta and ect. They have good selection of sweet treats everyday. My only problem is the layout of the place can be confusing if its your first time their.
A good choice of food, a bit pricey for having lunch there every day but perfect for those days when you didn't bother taking your packed lunch with you. Pizzas are my favourite, they make it fresh for you. Coffee is bean to cup and if you take your own cup you get 10p off the price.
Quite well maintained and good ambience
Wide range of food at good prices. Not particularly healthy and not great for Vegan options, but generally a good place for a quick bite. Hard to find seating at lunchtimes in term-time, but there are outside tables and all food can be ordered to take-away. Fresh pizza, pasta bar, salad bar, 'World
Pasta and veggie areas are absolutely amazing! Soup of the day and buffet-style salad are my go-to. Lasagna both with and without meat are tasty and portions are very reasonable. Good price for quantity and quality of the food.
Nice. Good thing is that one of few unis offering dedicated halal counter. Plus really friendly staff
