This cheeseburger was absolutely incredible, all the ingredients are completely fresh and it shows. I was genuinely amazed at how good this was as I'm not normally a burger type person. The smallest burger is £5.50 but the bigger sizes don't have much of a price increase. I'm left desperately wanting to eat another, excited to eat another some time.

We've been there twice and really pleased with the foods quality. We loved the original burgers and chicken burger, the boneless sticky chicken chunks were lovely and need more pieces to match the price. Churros the same. The only con was a bit pack in the seating spaces, long queue to order and had to wait for foods around 15mins. Table cleaning was not attentive.
First time trying Boo. and trust me I wasn’t disappointed. When you talk about customer service they had it especially Seema she was amazing and tried her very best to keep me as a customer happy and satisfied.
There was a bit of a wait but sometimes you have to wait for the best things.
The OG classic was juicy, onions were caramelised perfectly and the hun was grilled to perfection.
The sticky wings were tender and the sauce was good.
My favourite had to be the chicken burger though the chicken was not dry like other known chicken burger so I was delighted by that
Excellent service from Seema. Came with my family which had 13 of us. Very professional, food came quick and was very helpful with anything we needed all with being in a sling at the same time! Order was double checked to make sure all was fine. Highly recommend! Give Seema a raise! Thanks again!
Absolutely amazing! Customer Service was outstanding. The girl(I believe her name was Aaliyah)who served me and my friend was very welcoming and had a very bright smile on her face. Will definitely be coming back again!!

The quality of the burgers are top notch got to say every time. Never had a bad one from here. This is our favourite Boo go to.
Staff are always friendly, service with a smile.
What sets this one apart from others is the manager here she's always smiling even when the place is busy.

Delicious breakfast burgers. Perfect for on the go. As a visitor coming back to my hometown from California, we came here twice in 9 days already and will probably stop on our way back!
The sticky wings could do with more spicy ness but the additional buffalo sauce on the side gave it a nice kick.
The cheeseburger loaded fries was missing some ‘oomph’, (american loaded fries have much more flavor).
Overall, great quality food.
Me and my husband just want to keep going back.

What to expect: smash burgers not fat burgers, freshly cooked food which takes longer to arrive than McDonald's, messy meals with a ton of flavour, generous portions.
It seems that boo burger is the 'marmite' of eateries, based on the reviews. My advice? Don't come here expecting to have cheap, generic fast food, and appreciate the difference between smash burgers and normal beef burgers.
I really love Boo burger; this is street food in a restaurant and it is messy and dirty and such a treat. They keep building the menu and recently added a Korean fried chicken burger and loaded fries to their offering. Well let me tell you, those loaded fries were better than some I've had in the best reviewed spots in London and for the price you get a very shareable portion.
The burgers here are some of my favourite, I love the texture of smash burgers and the crispy onions on the Haystack are spot on.
There is a wait for the food, particularly at busy times, so if you are in a rush best to order ahead. I don't imagine this food will travel well for delivery either so eating in will provide the best experience.
What a gem. This was the Mrs and I first visit to Boo and we'll most certainly be coming back. The burgers are fantastic, the loaded fries are delicious, the portions are more than reasonable for the price. A touch more expensive than the other local burger outlet at Fosse Park but that's representative in the quality. The venue was clean and tidy, with staff frequently clearing tables and maintaining a pleasant environment. The staff were all friendly and happy to converse. When dining in you're provided a digital coaster to alert you to your order being ready so no need to hang around a collection counter wondering, just take your seat and return when it buzzes quite frankly a brilliant idea. Overall 10/10 experience and look forward to my next visit.

I’ve just had the Chick-a-Boo and it’s one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had. Staff is very friendly and helpful, definitely will be coming back.
Went to Boo for some lunch at around 11:30am. We were greeted by Seema who was very polite and smiley.
Ordered some Buffalo wings, a boo burger and fries. The food was soooo tasty. Freshly made and served swiftly.
The restaurant was nice and clean and the bathrooms were also very pleasant. To top it off they even have a prayer room which was a brilliant bonus!

First time visit, Mrs Stilton liked the look of the place and discovering that the burgers were made with Aberdeen Angus beef, sealed it for us. Ordering was quick and easy, the menu is quite easy and there isn't a lot on it, Mrs Stilton had a classic 6oz and I was tempted by the 8oz smoky, a box of fries (to share)and cappuccino for her and large chocolate milk shake for me. They give you a little round thing that bleeps when your food is ready, you collect from the counter. The food was succulent and hot, and we both felt we had eaten a meal, top marks!!
The food is excellent. The Buffalo wings are some of the best I had.
Maybe it is the sign of times but was a bit pricey.
Expect to wait 20 mins or more during rush.
I didn't try the fries but the burger to wings and shakes were amazing.
This was my first time here. The menu was a bit daunting. But after i realized what i wanted. That was the most difficult thing. Everything was amazing. The sodas were not watered down. Which is a first for me. The Angus burger, the Sticky Wings an the Chick-A-Boo burger, Had me licking my fingers. For the first time eating out, fast food or fine dining. I loved everything i ate. An this is coming form someone who has worked in the food service industry for 20 years. Seema took good care of my wife and I. I observed her making sure all the costumes and there orders, were being taken care of.
The food an the service was amazing.

I've tried Boo a total of 4 or 5 times over a span of 4 years. I didn't like it the first time and every time since, I've approached it with scepticism, thinking perhaps it was just that time. It's never tasted better. So I think now I know, I'm definitely never going to like Boo. It appeals to other people, though, which is great. I just don't think the flavours of the meat is rich or seasoned enough.
My first time eating it here, the guy that served me was helpful. I have the 6oz OG Burger and Ziggy fries (very simple, greasy burger and filling) I really enjoyed it. Would eat here again. Not bad price too
