Adding photos from 2 separate visits.... both times have been great! Lovely building and decor, great staff and very attentive and accommodating. Food has always been great! Deceivingly filling portions. Great that it's free parking too - make sure you enter your Car reg upon arrival! Gutted can't make bookings for more than 10 sitting together (have to sit separately for larger bookings). Still happy to go back here with smaller groups :)

An exceptional venue that stands out not only for its sensational craft beers but also its exquisite food. A visit to this establishment is a true feast for the senses. Both beer enthusiasts and culinary connoisseurs will find something to delight in here. The atmosphere inside deserves special mention. It’s not just phenomenal; it imparts a unique character to the place. The stylish decor and attention to every detail make spending time here a genuine pleasure. I cannot fail to mention the incredibly pleasant service that further elevates the quality of this venue. The staff is not only courteous but also knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions about the beer selection or dishes on the menu. Their dedication positively influences the entire experience. One of the strong points is the option to sample beers before making a purchase. This choice allows guests to better acquaint themselves with the variety of beer offerings and tailor their selection to their own preferences. It’s truly an excellent initiative that adds an educational dimension to the visit. It’s not just the beer that captivates in this place; the food also deserves recognition. The menu impresses not only with the variety of dishes but also with their quality. The chefs put their hearts into each prepared dish, resulting in a unique flavor and aesthetically pleasing presentation. In summary, I can wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone seeking not only superb beer and exceptional food but also an unforgettable experience. It’s worth returning here because every visit can uncover new flavors and beer treasures.

First Time eating and drinking at the beer hall.. The food was really nice. selection of ales was good.. The service was good but in the hour we stayed we had 3 mixed orders for drinks etc, otherwise I would give the beer hall five.. the outdoor seating areas are lovely in the summer

I do like this venue, "but" always feel the service just needs to step up a gear. Once showed to our table it took a while for a waitress to come over and take our food and drinks orders. Waited a little to long for drinks to arrive. When food arrived it was hot and very tasty. Then no sign of our waitress.... after attracting the eye of a waitress called Adriana the service improved greatly. She was attentive and got things back on track. Overall a nice evening....just needs a better continuity with the service.

First time here. We had a reservation which is recommended. And sat in the restaurant, we asked to move to a different table which wasn't a problem. Service was prompt polite and speedy. The food was tasty but the menu was limited. A good selection of tasting beers on the flight menu but a lot wasn't available, a bit disappointing. our table was at 5pm on Saturday so maybe would have expected them to be available? We had to ask for the bill twice but all in all a good meal. We visited the shop on the way out and great to pick up a present if needed.

A fantastic experience in this modern pub that shiws off with pride its ancient origins. In spite of a pretty slow service (the place is often booked and we were 12 on the table) which allows time to taste several kind of beers, a cozy location and tasteful food were complementing the nice evening. A great selection of good beers pairs with kind service and nice location. Recommended both for groups a d pairs.

A lovely place and a great atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. A huge range of beers and very well described. Dog friendly. Lovely views to go take a walk or to bring your cycle to and ride around. Indoor and outdoor seating. Would highly recommend and definitely go again. They allow you to buy beer in pints, half pints and one third pints to allow you to get a taste of all the selection that’s available. Very well priced also.

Considering this beautiful place has been here for a while, it's only in the last couple of months that I have started to visit. And now it's a weekly trip, for drinks or food. The food is wonderful. The service is friendly and efficient. And the atmosphere is like no where else in Leicester. A sunny day on the terrace, has a real "Leicester riviera" feel to it. Absolutely my new favourite place to be. Oh!! And if you are eating you have to try the beer cheese sauce! Especially with chips.

Had this place recommended by a colleague and after looking into it saw they did brewery tours. Four of us booked on a tour which we thoroughly enjoyed... very informative and very clean. You get to try samples at the end too plus a discount in the brewery shop. We also stayed to eat... the food was delicious and enjoyed by all. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. I will no doubt visit to eat again and a good location away from Fosse Park.
