Had a wonderful birthday celebration meal here this evening. A fantastic menu was created for our large group. It was presented beautifully and the brownie was to die for! But could equally have eaten any of the other desserts too ��!
Louise and her husband and team worked so hard to make our evening special.... and it was!
Have visited several times over the last 3 years and never had a bad meal. Can highly recommend the burger and beer nights!

Went to the fish theme night last night on a rare date night with Hubbie, and the food is always fab at the grove, but I can honestly say it's the best meal I've ever had there! It was better than dishes I have had in top London restaurants.
The scallops were melt in the mouth with the best pea purée! The Hake was cooked to perfection with the most delicious Vermouth sauce � pear and frangipani tart was scrummy!
Can't wait for the next theme night! �
Had a lovely meal yesterday with friends and their little one. Staff very accomendation especially with our vegan diet. Food was amazing- vibrant and full of flavour. I cannot wait to come back when the weather improves and we can sit out on the terrace! Thank you so much.
Another fantastic lunch with my mum we both loved the corn fed chicken pasta with spinach and mushroom in a creamy sauce. We had to come back again today! Perfect comfort food always lovely friendly staff and food is always fresh and tasty. Thank you x

This restaurant is very fantastic!! I ate a fish of the day, seabass, very fresh and very good.
The food tasted incredible and well presented. I would highly recommend trying the chicken burger. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful views across the Thames estuary from the rear terrace. The chilled music adds a nice touch to the ambiance. The service was sadly a little slow on our first visit, but the restaurant was extremely busy and perhaps understaffed, but this restaurant deserves a 5 star rating for its great atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly staff. We will certainly be back again to try the new menu!
Beautiful setting for outside dining. Service was lovely but a couple of simple requests were not met. (No beetroot and avocado was missing) Not the end of the world and I’m sure they would have rectified it had we asked. The new ownership seems more relaxed (in a good way).
Went for a lunchtime treat and it was lovely. Staff pleasant, friendly and helpful if a little uninformed. Food was very good and gluten free options were lovely. Well priced. Overall very lovely lunch
What an absolute gem! We visited The Grove this afternoon. Had a couple of drinks and some snacks. We sat on the terrace and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing and friendly service we received. Drinks and food were just so lovely!!! We will be returning soon. Thanks for a lovely afternoon, we were well looked after by your wonderful staff xx
Popped in for a drink with our dog at lunchtime and ended up ordering lunch because we loved the choices in the menu. Sat on the deck area with beautiful views over the estuary. Background music playing, excellent friendly service, delicious meal. There was a lovely buzz and chilled atmosphere. Water bowl for our dog. We will definitely be back and have recommended to friends already
Had an amazing lunch here today. Fish and chips perfectly cooked with all the sides (pickled onion and gherkin, tartare and a wedge of lemon). Friendly service, great views. Will be back!

We always love coming here as we have found the food always delicious and good to eat. Staff are always friendly too and we are able to bring our dog along with us. We love the opportunity of being able to sit on the decking and take in the Leigh estuary. Would definitely recommend.
Had these delicious fish and chips last evening from The Grove… Tasted so good and freshly cooked in front of me… Possibly the best take away fish and chips ever!

Had a gorgeous breakfast of pancakes and berries it was scrumptious and lovely weather to be outside in the sun, highly recommend.
We came here for breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning and managed to get a great spot overlooking the estuary.
Great location and the staff are relaxed and friendly, perfect spot to chill.
I had the huevos rancheros with chorizo and would definitely recommend!
