Both myself and Ocean were completely let down by Uber. Driver took over an hour to collect the food. Ocean were fantastic when the driver decided to not bother taking the food and left the order. Ocean re-made my food fresh and arranged another driver as soon as they could. I hope you guys are reimbursed by Uber and thank you for the fantastic service and food.
Fish & Chips here are lovely. Also had the spam fritter, which was also very good. They cook everything fresh while you wait, as well. Good sized portions too.
Its cooked to order and the simple batter makes a huge difference .
Much better than the palm/vegetable oil which is just saturated grease used by most places .
Friendly staff, food cooked fresh to order and no queue, good portions and reasonably priced, plus they had battered Mars bars 👌

We ordered large cod & chips & both were huge. Batter was lovely & crispy & the fish was cooked perfectly, so soft & delicious. No issue with the chips either. They were well cooked & crispy. Nicest takeaway we've had in ages. Will be my go to chippy in future.
First fish and chips since moving to the area. Great service, top quality fresh food and good portions. We shall be sure to come back to Ocean Fish Bar!
Really good local fish and chip shop. Never had to wait very long here when collecting delivery orders. Staff are very nice and friendly. Will have to try the food sometime soon as smells so good
Amusing name for this fish and chip shop as they don't sell alcohol and it is nowhere near the sea. It does sell the second best chips in Leighton Buzzard though and is a much shorter walk from my humble abode so it is our chippy of choice. We were delighted when they introduced deep-fried halloumi. Cheese that squeaks, what's not to like?
Sadly after some good weeks, today was the worst we have had for a long time. Thin cod, overcooked chicken and chips were thin with very little soft potato And really inedible , phoned to express my Disappointment there was little reaction Other than sorry!
Now I am going to eat humble Pie (pukka)! because Tim phoned back and apologised for one of his staffs handling of the situation in so far as they only said they were sorry to hear of my complaint......whilst my conversation with Tim is private, all has been resolved and I will venture back as usual to continue eating what in my opinion were some of the best Fish and Chips in the town.......so I will forgive them there over site from my last visit whilst they were under pressure from high demand and let normal service resume.
Love, love, love their battered halloumi and their onion rings, all food is great I have never had one problem, in fact I order there far too much but I couldn't live without it!
My dad used this chip shop years ago the same people and still the best chip shop in Leighton b buggard good value and nice food if we are ever in town we always have a meal keep up the good work thanks Ray and Donna
Always been worth a visit. always what you dream of in a good fish and chip shop. I understand it has got new owners, let hope the keep up to the same standard. short term parking outside.

Simply the best. Went there on a recommendation and even my wife who has not been a lover of F&C since we left London thinks the food is excellent. Well done guys, finally great food at a value price.
Really good chip shop..food is always fresh and the chips taste good. Sometimes a bit of a queue but don't mind waiting for good food. Friendly staff!
