Review The Sun Inn - Leintwardine

Brilliant place, originally a very small parlour pub. Excellent beers and a good chippy close by.

Friendly Staff, just a good feeling Country Pub & recommend the San Miguel.

This pub was a friendly place, we were on a weekend away from cheshire and the locals were great, its dog friendly, Bella the dog made us welcome! We will definitely visit again if we come back to stay in the village. Best wishes to you all in leintwardine village especially Joe and Jane our hosts and of course the sun Inn.

We wandered through the door in the evening, not knowing quite what to expect. Walked through an old lounge and into a lovely bar. Rob is the barman and a lovely guy, and what a welcoming group of people! This is a reason why we will be coming back to the village amongst others. We felt we'd been friends for years. Thanks to all, and we look forward to returning!

Lovely local pub, great staff and atmosphere. Quizs and live music events through the year. Good bar snacks available, beef baguettes etc at weekends

You can easily miss this pub, nestled quietly amongst the houses. A warm friendly welcome awaits you, within minutes we were chatting away with the locals. Good quality and reasonably priced bar food.

Quirky little pub in the heart of the village with friendly stay. Would definitely visit again

Bar staff are really friendly, atmosphere is very liid back with a lovely beer garden adjacent to the back and I love that it's a dog friendly place

The Sun Inn is a true delight from the second you walk in past the two traditional front rooms out into the extension at the back where the bar is housed. Always very welcoming with a smattering of proud locals eager to boast about a parlour pub with a storied history. Ask them about the wonderful former landlady Flossie.
