Sushi is pretty good but they are very unreliable. Always call ahead. Tonight’s excuse was “too busy for sushi”. Sometimes they just run out, which is more understandable than other responses I’ve been given. You never know what you will get. Good but not always worth it..

I don’t know why this place gets good reviews. The sushi is what you would expect from a strip mall in Lexington NC. One would think they would make up for quality with quantity. Not so much. Sushi here is a hard pass unless you don’t know any better. I almost forgot they have a 10 year old child wait on us.
Edit per owners response. We were literally one of three tables in the place the whole time we were there.

Fuji Moto has an AMAZING sushi selection. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Very friendly environment, Awesome service & extremely delicious food!! If you haven't tried it you are missing out!!!

Ordered delivery and was extremely surprised! Sushi was fresh, tempura was crispy but not over done. So glad I found a sushi place in Lexington.

Have eaten here for 6 years and tonight's meal was BAD. Steak was way over cooked ordered median rare got well well done. The teriyaki chicken came with no teriyaki. Chicken was dry and tasteless.
Never had an issue before with quality of food, however tonight I flushed $31.00 down the drain. Our dog had a good meal at least.

What a pleasant surprise! The sushi was quite fresh. The tempura vegetables lightly battered and slightly crunchy, not soggy. The prices are very reasonable. The wait staff & owners were pleasant & attentive. All in all a wonderful dining experience.
