Authentic style Japanese food in a small town. Impressed that everything seemed to be fresh and homemade. The restaurant itself is small and quaint with only enough space for 12 covers at any one time. The decor is simple but effective and probably reflective of the small restaurants in Japan. The atmosphere was quiet but busy with the owner/chef running the kitchen and takeaway orders with help from a waitress. A good dining experience that could be great with a few improvements.

Truly amazing, incredible atmosphere. Lovely staff. Possibly best food ive ever had and for sure my new favourite restaurant. The vegetarian Dragon sushi roll (the green avocadoy one) is the best sushi ive ever tried in my life. And it doesn't even have fish in it! I didn't even think it would be possible for it to be that good. This place is great foe a date, for a family, or even to come to alone to relax. Excellent ambiance and atmosphere. I'm in awe. The owners should be very proud of what they have acheived here.

Amazing Meal, Friendly Staff and Proper Prices! Within minutes of arriving we where greeted by a super friendly Tony who showed us in and to our table. We where offered drinks immediately and of course we had to dive straight into the saké which was lovely and warming..made for a great start. For our meal we ordered the pork dumplings, perfectly made, soft on the top, crispy bottoms with clear defined and fresh flavours throughout. Miso soup to follow, pefect well balanced flavour with good sized chunks of tofu, plenty of floating aromatics such as spring onion. There are vegetarian and vegan options available. We then had the 12 piece Sushi selection. Wonderfully present each part of the set having its own unique taste. This was followed by a spectacular beef ramen, huge hearty portion, delicately flavoured beef, well balanced stock and the best fresh made to order noodles ever. Do not miss this place, everything is fresh, super tasty and made to order, we are so lucky to have Sakura Valley in Leyland. Thanks again to Tony, we had a superb night.
