Storey Arms Burgar Van - Libanus - Photo album

Went for residential. Good quality rooms and food (except there is no place to put your things apart from a small wooden box). The staff are nice. The activities provided are super enjoyable. There is a drying room that you put your wet things into and they dry overnight which sounds effective in wo
Great starting point for a hike up Pen y fan. Some parking is available and there’s a food stall serving drinks and some food.
I did not go in, but I know from friends who have used their services, they enjoyed.
My favourite place, great starting point for walking up to Pen Y Fan
Comfortable, spacious en-suite room with outdoor space with sea view 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre of St.Davids. A good breakfast pleasantly and promptly served under Covid restrictions. Recommended.
Went here as a child and was brilliant. Def recommend for any kid group outdoor activities. The parking is great for pen y fan and also has a nice food van in the car park to. Watch out when it is bush it’s manic up here.
Not the centre itself, but honestly the guys in the burger van are amazing. I got lost coming down and spent over an hour trying to retrace my steps. Explained the situation to the guys in the burger van and they didn't hesitate to help. Not only that, they drove me around for 30mimutes trying to f
If you're looking the hike the Beacons, this is a great starting point. Buses drop off a short distance down the road. From there, the trail heads directly up towards the peaks, first Corn Du, and on to the highest, Pen-y Fan.
Lovely spot for a walk. Children have down courses there and loved it.

If you want toilets, food vans and a slightly easier walk up Pen Y Fan, park a quarter of a mile south east in the Pont ar Daf Car Park and walk from there.
The route from Storey Arms - always breathtaking in both scenic views & as a lung busting climb.
Lovely place and views
Used to come here with school and I absolutely loved it. So many activities and outdoor experiences!
Pen Y Fan @ sun rise....
