Really nice presentation for the dishes we got. The only real vegan option was a vegan sausage roll, but the employee we spoke to was very knowledgeable and we were able to put together some lovely toasted sourdough with avocado, tomatoes and chili and garlic rapeseed oil. Great atmosphere and decorations inside the cafe.

A superb hidden gem at the Benone beach complex.
Don’t know why we never found this place before, but will certainly be back again.
The location is great with plenty of parking in the main complex car park, a nice indoor seating area with fresh decor and a well laid out outdoor area, both of which have lovely views of the nearby hills.
Less than 5 mins walk to Benone beach, you can smell the salt in the air if the waves and wind are right (as they were today).
Had a superb toastie and a sharing bowl of loaded fires, not to mention the cheeky and very large slice of rainbow cake.
Well well worth a visit and good value.
Big thumbs up. We will be back.

Really good chill out brunch cafe during the day, but excellent new evening dinner spot on the coast. Great, friendly staff, perfect for families and couples looking delicious food and really good value. Cod was cooked to perfection, with generous portions!

Excellent coffee, food superb, the breakfast is fab, staff polite, professional and knowledgeable, it's definitely worth a visit, don't pass it, call in even if its just for coffee, you won't be disappointed.
Have just been to waves this evening and had the best tasting burger for years (the wave burger) I dare anyone not to like it, the chips were also outstanding, can't rave enough about this place, excellent, thanks guys, impeccable staff as always, 5 stars again! 👏

Follow the wooden path to the beach. Take a long walk then return to cafe. We sat outside in the sunshine. Food was very good.

We had lunch in Waves today and all I can say is Wow!! The food was excellent the staff were lovely. There is a real chilled beach vibe to it. The decor is lovely and it’s the type of place I could imagine having a coffee bringing a book and just chilling. There is a stove which I just imagine would make it even more inviting when weather gets colder. We got burger, skinny fries and a club sandwich which were absolutely gorgeous. Will defs be back. Lovely little bistro/coffee shop 🙂

Didn't expect much from a bistro that doesn't have too much competition but wow was I happy that I was wrong, food and coffee is super tasty, very good value and the staff are fantastic over all very satisfied with the experience.

May I take this opportunity to comment on our recent visit to Waves, weather was terrible but the mood changed as I was greeted by the warmth of a roaring log fire , friendly accommodating staff and fantastically clean comfortable seating.
My wife and I both ordered eggs Benedict and some beverages and took a comfortable seat by the fire and within minutes we were served our breakfast and wow what a treat, food absolutely amazing, The whole experience of relaxing in a family run bistro was a delight and an experience we will return with family and friends over and over again.
May we congratulate the owners and their family for a wonder facility on the North coast .
